I cannot say enough about the team at Personal Eyecare. They are hands down the sweetest people and always provide the best service and support. I have been a patient with them for several years and will continue to be for some time. I even moved away for a few years and drove back to see Dr. Potter because I trust her and know I will have the best service at her office. Additionally, I have some autoimmune issues and Dr. Potter and staff are always incredibly mindful of those issues and go the extra mile to address any issues I may be having. Highly recommend!

I am not a patient. However, I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately the airline lost my luggage which left me without contacts. They were the only optometry office willing to help. I called multiple places and they were not only willing to help but kept in amazing communication specifically in confirming my prescription. They gave me five days of daily contacts and would not accept any form of payment. This speaks volumes in terms of the quality of service and care they provide...regardless if you're a patient. This is a stand up business that truly cares for people.

The eyeglasses they sell are high quality and have held up better than similar ones from other places. Contacts are also very competitively priced. Didn't have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. They have the BEST SO FAR "I can do that for you" attitude! This is my very, first time at this Eye Facility and out of all my years, of going to very nice and professional places. This place "is the BEST! Up to date technology, friendly, courteous and professional treatment from everyone there. I have recommended Personal Eyecare to my family and friends and will continue to do so! The entire staff is very pleasant and very happy to help in any way they can. I recently shopped for vision insurance and one of the critical factors was that Personal Eyecare was in the network. Dr. Potter has been very attentive to eye care and is always ensuring you are aware of what is going on and any treatment path that need to be followed.
