My first visit at myeyedr in Sylvania was great. The tech and Dr. Lovas were very professional and easy going. No high pressure sales here. The office also has an alternative exam if you are not a fan of having your eyes dilated. All around great experience.

My family has had great experiences with Dr. Potter! My wife, sons, and I all go here for our vision exams, glasses, and contacts. The staff is always nice and helpful. My sons love the children's play area in the front, toys in the exam room, and little toy and stickers given to them after the exam. They have some cute kid-friendly pictures, videos, and props to get the kids to complete the eye exam in a fun way. Because of all of these things combined, it is a great place to take your children. And they are great with adults as well. I used to go to another eye doctor in Toledo that was not good, so I'm thankful to have Dr. Potter for our eye care.

I had a great experience at MyEyeDr with Dr. Roxanne Potter. She was thorough, informative, helpful and even answered questions I had about a family member. She provided me with coupons and information I can share. The staff was quick to help me select not 1 but 2 pair of glasses I believe will compliment my features and personality. I even got 1 pair in just 7 days. Thanks for your exceptional service.

I've been seeing Dr. Potter for a couple of years now. I had never worn glasses or contacts before, but with, well... aging, I needed a little help . From the front desk to the doctor, the entire staff is welcoming, helpful, supportive, and kind. Even though I wasn't thrilled about the idea of wearing glasses or the thought of trying contacts, the team was incredibly patient and even laughed with me as I struggled to put those darn things in. I'm grateful for their compassion, empathy, kindness, knowledge, and, most of all, their skill. You can tell it's an amazing environment.

Doctor Potter is an exceptional eye doctor, and person all around. Along with all of her staff members also being extremely kind and personable, I will never go to a different doctor/practice for eye care. They have given me newfound hope for my health in general and I feel so welcomed and warm with everyone there. There aren't enough words to explain how my experience here has been. 10/10 recommend to everyone in the local area to see doctor potter! Best practice ever!

Best experience I've had at the eye doctor in a very long time. Everyone here is lovely! Dr. Potter is very personable, and even though it was a busy morning I didn't feel rushed in any way. Great doctor and staff, this is my new go to for my eyes.
