Just had the greatest experience at Voice of America Pearle vision. The staff at this location is phenomenal. They offer High end frames such as Jimmy Choo , Coach, Versace, Prada and Michael Kors . I would say Frames for Women start at around 120 and go up from there. They had deals today buy one get 2nd 50 percent off. :)

I had an eye exam on 11/29/2025, Dr. Reddy was very professional even while dealing with multiple issues simultaneously. The staff was trying hard to accommodate all the patients and their needs and I was in/out under an hour with a new pair of glasses. Chaka is extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like she actually cared about helping me find my new glasses and she even helped me pick out the color of frames I ended up liking but couldn't decide on the color. She was also more than willing to help figure out why my new glasses where making me feel dizzy and quickly figured it out and fixed the problem. Honestly the best customer service I've had in ages. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Avoid this place at all costs. They made my glasses wrong about 6 times (2 of those came with scratched lenses, the others the prescription was off and then they tried to gaslight me, making me think the vision issues were all in my head). Had to go in for an adjustment and they blew me off, saying people were ahead of me (they weren't, they were still paying, giving them plenty of time to do a 2 min adjustment for me)...something about this area of Cincinnati- people are snobby for no good reason and this place is the epitome of that. Pearle should have died in the 80s when it was popular. Stick to Costco, Target, or LensCrafters!

I moved out of state and I called to have my prescription sent to my new address. My glasses broke and was in need of my prescription. Jessica confirmed to send the prescription but had no idea how long it would take which was fine. I waited 2 weeks and had not heard anything. I called back and it had never been sent. She retook my new address as I already had given it to her the first time I called. I asked that the prescription be sent within a couple days and even overnighted because I can't see. She was very rude about the situation and said the doctor doesn't overnight anything and she doesn't control the mail. Thank you pearl vision!

Dr Todd Winkler cuts to the chase & is very exacting in his diagnosis, also the licensed Optician Chaka is a true professional & is there to help you consider the many options in the showroom. Their equipment is state of the art.
The atmosphere is wonderful. The opticians are able to easily access your eye insurance plan & share that with you on the spot
I would highly recommend this Pearl Vision office in the Voice of America Cox & Tylersville Roads.
