Dr. Schonfeld made my first eye exam in a very long time easy as pie! He was extremely personable, joked around and made me feel super comfortable while I was in his care. He gave me great information on the pros and cons of my current contact lenses, and recommendations of other options while explaining exactly how they differed to my current lenses and how they could eliminate some of my minor issues. The receptionist and techs were also superb! Thank you

I enjoyed the nurse as well as Dr Schonfeld. However, the other staff (receptionist, and all other staff members) I felt were stuck up. Almost get the vibe that they're all gossiping about you. Other than picking up my frames when they're ready, I won't be returning.

I needed my glasses fixed 2 weeks ago. I was told I needed to have an appt. I told them I did not, just needed them to order new lenses for warranty. I explained this in multiple ways using broken, lenses are separating, don't need frames, warranty, and no eye exam..and they insisted I needed appt. I made an appt 2 weeks out that was the earliest I could get. A week in they were getting worse so I sent them in with hubby and with glasses there we were told we had to have an appointment. So here we are today and I have to wait 2 more weeks to have them fixed. And we didn't need an appointment. I better not get a bill. You all need to listen better because I said its not an appointment visit and I shouldn't have to wait, I begged her to talk to someone else and got the same outcome. I would like some assurance that this isn't going to happen again and staff has been taught about fixing glasses. Ans im not going to get billed for my "appointment", Or im going elsewear.
