My initial visit was great. I was seen right away with no wait time, and the staff made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything clearly. They also listened to the style I wanted, and I found a pair of glasses that fit me really well. The only issue has been the communication after my appointment. I was originally told my glasses could be made in-house, but after more than a week with no updates, I called and learned they actually had to be sent out because of the specialty frames--something that wasn't communicated to me upfront. Since then, it has been several weeks, and I still haven't received my glasses. When I called again for a status update, I was told there was a delay due to the recent snowstorm. While I understand delays happen, I would have appreciated proactive communication instead of having to reach out multiple times for information. I work at a computer all day and really need my prescription, so clearer updates would have made a big difference. My appointment itself was pleasant, and the staff was kind, but I hope the communication process improves going forward.

Yesterday was my first time at The Looking Glass, and I was extremely impressed with their office. Having worked in an ophthalmologist office myself, I was very pleased with how well Dr Smith and her office cared for me during my appointment. Super professional, thorough and friendly. Got the cutest glasses too! Glad I decided to give them a try, and will be taking my entire family here for any future optometry needs.

Looking Glass is a wonderful place! They are helpful and honest in assisting you to find the perfect glasses at a price that works for your budget. We've been having our eye exams and glasses completed here for over 10 years or more. They were highly recommended and I highly recommend this local small business

I have been going to Looking Glass for over 20 years. Dr Jennifer Smith and her staff are amazing. I feel like one of the family . She always gets my prescription correct and any adjustments or any issue with my glasses they are always there to help ! I wouldn't go anywhere else !!!
