BVA Advanced Eye Care

Dr. Charles Ronan is awesome. He did my SK surgery yesterday. He made sure I had all my questions answered. He made sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Ronan To anybody that needs to get their vision taken care of. BVA is a very friendly place to go and I'd go there again and I would recommend it to anybody.

Very disgusted by one of their office staff Danielle and her unprofessional attitude. Not sure what makes this lady think she can be rude and condescending to elderly patients, yet she does and is. When your job is supposed to be patient care and you can't perform it appropriately, then you have no business being in the health care field in any capacity.

Is this place always so over booked? Came in for a 2 o clock appointment, came in 15 early actually for paperwork, I'm writing this at 3:35 and still have not seen the actual doctor. Jeez.

This is the best staff of any office I have ever been to. They are friendly, kind, caring, focus on the patient they are preparing for the doctor. I have 2 appointments a year and experience quality care every time. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and conscientious. Take a deep cleansing breath, relax, and enjoy the advanced eye care you will receive.

I saw Dr. Ronan and he was incredible. I have been to several eye doctors before and I have never had one who paid such close attention to detail. He spent time with me and explained everything that was going on, as well as a thorough plan to treat the issues. He is very personable and overall I would recommend anyone to him. Excellent experience. The office staff at the Norman location was great as well.

My Wife had lens replacement for cataracts last year, and it was so good, I had mine done a few weeks ago. So far it's been amazing and I can't wait for my first light adjustment.

Very satisfied with my first visit to this office. Very pleasant atmosphere, the technician very professional and very attentive the receptionists. Dr. Basil Mathews very patient with my questions and I was very satisfied with his thorough examination.

Unfortunately I can't respond to your response . Is that corporate's telephone number? I posted under my sisters account because I was afraid of repercussions and I have an upcoming appointment with Bva in Edmond. I recently saw where records had been made available online when people had issues with staff. I am a very non confrontational person and have anxiety when people are. This is my opinion. I will be happy to provide the needed information to the corporate office as I am unsure who monitors this. I didn't care for my experience and it is within my right. The manager Jenny is completely unprofessional and rude. I went in for an appointment. I left my children at home but for some reason she had a young child there who was loud and rude. I wasn't expecting a daycare. The way she spoke to the people in scrubs that worked there is disgusting and inappropriate. She referred to one young lady as lazy and not so bright. I love BVA but wil never visit this location again
