From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit a great experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient, which made such a difference for my child. The doctor was truly amazing -- so kind, gentle, and patient throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my child felt comfortable and at ease, which I really appreciated as a parent. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better doctor or a better experience overall. We left feeling confident, cared for, and grateful. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for exceptional care for their child. Thank you to Jacob Bellamy and his staff for being so kind to my child. You are truly amazing.

Every step of the visit was well-organized, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Dr. Troy Flax is exceptional--thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my care and treatment plan. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and efficient, and the staff works seamlessly as a team. Amazing team! Greeted with a smile and handled with respect and dignity. In addition to Dr. Bellamy answering my questions and concerns, he even laughed at my Old Person jokes. Just getting new lenses today. Elisha was fantastic and Stacia was able to help with a travel concern that I have. Would I be able to drive at night? They both have wonderful, refreshing positive attitudes even after a super busy Friday.. (I just needed a new script to see while driving!) Thank you to one of the very best Optometrist teams in the state of Oklahoma. An exemplary experience in every way! Proud and honored to highly recommend this outstanding operation ! Staff are very professional and personable. They listened to any issues I had and were wonderful. I've been to many eye doctors before and this was by far the best I actually had a blast while being at the doctors office which I never thought I would say.

First the good. Staff was friendly and doctor was knowledgeable and explained things well. Now the not so good. It felt like they were overbooked and too busy. They offer online paperwork which because of my tight schedule I used, but they didn't even know I had and was handed the paperwork again. Which means they also hadn't entered the insurance I provided. With all of this and then waiting in the waiting room I was not taken back till about 30 minutes after my appointment time. That being said not completely unexpected. Once in the room things were great. After getting set up the doctor was in very quickly and as stated earlier was good. The most frustrating part came when I asked for pupil distance to be put on the prescription as I knew I didn't have time due to my wait to order glasses there and while I work in Oklahoma I no longer live there. Apparently they only put the pupil distance in where they sale the glasses. This area has another 30 minute wait which I did not have time for at all. So I basically have a worthless prescription because I don't know how to enter the distance. I'm perfectly capable of measuring but that doesn't give me the knowledge of how to put it on the script. Very frustrated and probably won't return nor refer family and friends.

Overall the clinic does a good job. Equipment works and seems to be accurate for testing eyes. Everything is clean. I never feel rushed when asking questions. Areas for improvement: Not overlooking. They charge a fee if you miss an appointment and refuse to see you if you are late but I have never been taken back at my appointed time. They are always behind.

My children and I had our eye exams and were checked in quickly, the exam was thorough and Dr. Pettigrew was excellent. Our experience in the eyeglass department was exceptional, we were all taken care of in a timely manner, had help picking our glasses and the optician explained each component of our glasses and how they will work to improve our vision. We are new to the area and have had a better experience here than we had at our previous vision clinics and will be happy to be back for all of our eye care needs.

My experience was great. The staff is friendly and prompt. Dr. Bellamy is nice and down to earth. I gave it a 4 star because on the other side to buy frames and lenses it's very pricey. I got my RX and go some where else where I knuw that I can maximize my insurance and not pay so much out of pocket.
