I wasn't in the best mood when I arrived because my glasses were broken and I needed them fixed quickly. Allyssa was so kind and helpful. She got my glasses fixed and she had a great attitudes about helping me. I left feeling much better than I felt when I arrived. 10/10 would recommend!

Allyssa was professional and helpful! She helped me find nice quality glasses and for a great price. She answered all of my questions and made sure that everyone in the building was being taken care of. I would definitely recommend and I will be back with my family.

Had a wonderful, fast, and easy experience. The ladies,pardon my spelling, Mischey and Lynda made me feel comfortable and helped with all my needs! I got 2 pairs of progressive lens and paid less without insurance than ever with. I am extremely happy!

Got me in and out within an hour and the service was absolutely amazing! The associates were so friendly and relatable, truly appreciated the effort they were putting in to make sure everything was correct. Allyssa was so welcoming and crazily enough we had the same name and born a day apart! It was great, everyone there had a great sense of humor and really were so genuine. They let me know ahead of time any extra fees and just all the important information that isn't posted online already too. 10/10 service!

**update** 1/1/26.... I've called the customer service number and got transferred to the store. The shipping label was finally created 2 days after my last phone call. Shipping label created on 12/31 @ 10:18am. Hasn't actually shipped yet though. Let's see how long it takes them to actually get them to UPS. The store was clean and associates friendly. A little slow with everything but not bad overall. Loss of stars for communication, timeliness with delivery, and prices. Ordered 4 pair of glasses between my daughter and I. Got 1 phone call when the 1st pair arrived at the store but no updates on the other 3 pair. I started calling at the 2 week mark after my appointment. I had requested the glasses be shipped to me at the appointment as I live 3 hours from the store. Kept being told they were being packed that day and would ship the next day. It's now 7 days since the 1st time I was told they were shipping them and again today I'm told they are at the store and will be packed and shipped within the next 2 days!!!! Meanwhile I'm having daily migraines while waiting on them to ship my glasses. On top of the shipping issues, my husband got similar frames with the same add ons, both bifocals and similar in strength at Sam's maybe a month ago and his 2 pair were half the cost of my 2 pair.

I had such a great experience with Betty at Stanton Optical in Norman! She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Betty went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and that I felt comfortable with my choices. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. I left feeling confident and well taken care of -- thank you, Betty, for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable!! Im changing my review! Not because of your employees and not because of the service Of getting replacement lenses mine were not correct whenever I pick them up. I told them they asked me to give it time. I did you have 30 days for a replacement. I have been here two hours today trying to simply get lenses replaced. My review is now a one because this was not my fault. It was nothing that I did and I do understand things happen but a two hour process to get Lynn's replaced that should've been done properly to begin with y Maybe find a new way of doing that!

The lovely lady (wish i got her name) who does vision tests not only helped me with the insurance confusion (which took like almost an hour) she also excelled at getting me the right prescription. And then when I needed my glasses adjusted Melissa and mischay had me out the door in 5 minutes flat. Super sweet customer service I will not be going anywhere else for my vision needs.

While the staff is very helpful I'm on my third remake for my glasses. This time I've been told to move my head around until they find a spot that allows me to see properly. This is unacceptable for working at a computer. Feel like I just threw $700 into the wind. Do not recommend at all.
