I'm so thankful for Dr. Combs and her wonderful staff! They took such great care of one of my students, making sure she had a thorough exam and helping her get started with the glasses she needs. The staff was kind and patient, even helping her pick out frames she loved. It was such a positive experience, and I'm grateful for the care and compassion shown throughout the whole process. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and blessing a child in need. She and I will never forget the care you all gave. Thank you!!

I stopped in just needing the arms of my new glasses tightened slightly because they kept sliding down my nose. The adjustment took less than five seconds, but I was told it would be $10 for this service. I completely understand charging for time and service, but something that quick and simple shouldn't cost that much. It felt unreasonable, and I won't be returning.

I've been going to the eye care center for years now. And since doctor Mindi Combs has taken over, I absolutely love going here. She is very thorough and she truly cares about her patients well being and eyesight. I would most definitely recommend eye care center to any family or friend.

Customer service is amazing. Gina is an angel she saved me with my eyeglass problem this morning. She repaired my reading glasses because the arm had gotten bent and it was one of those touchy situations where it could go either way; need a new frame or it can repaired. Prayerfully she was able to fix it and if she wasn't she offered a suggestion on where I can go to get the frames repaired without having to buy a new pair of frames. Also adjusted my 2nd pair of glasses for distance so they don't slide off my nose so easily. Customer service is so important and much needed gift that is not readily available. I would definitely come here again to get my next eye exam and glasses. Thank you again.

I've been going here for years. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. Dr. Combs is the best eye doctor I've gone to, she really care about her patients and their comfort. They have tons of glasses and contacts to choose from and both of mine came in in less than a week. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Dr. Combs is amazing. She is so passionate about her work. Dr. Combs listens to the patient. The office staff-equally as wonderful. Thank you everyone. I love Dr. Mindi Combs and her staff. Both my daughter and I have been coming to the Eyecare Center for a few years. They are all so warm and caring. They truly take the time to help you. We will not go anywhere else!

This place is a complete joke. My husband went in for an exam for contacts and to have some ordered. Our insurance covered the regular exam but not the contact exam. My husband was told to pay $45 for the contact exam. Finally after having to try out a second pair of contacts before having some ordered, he agreed on that strength and they were to be ordered. His contacts arrive and he goes to pick them up. He is then told he owes $270!!! This was after being told that insurance would cover them. He was then informed that he only paid $45 of the contact exam, and that he is to pay more because he wasn't charged the correct amount. Insurance paid for $150 for the contacts, and we still owe $270. This is absurd and completely dishonest. They are incredibly dishonest and not transparent about prices.
