This place is great! The staff is fantastic. I called in and they answered all my insurance questions. I recommend setting up an appointment you can do your paperwork online to. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. Dr. Vu is fantastic she's friendly and knows her stuff. I'll be going back and will recommend them to my Friends and Family. Thanks Dr. Vu and staff.

I want to share feedback about my recent visit. While the medical care itself was fine, the provider's tone when explaining my treatment felt harsh and dismissive. It came across as raised and impatient, which made me uncomfortable and confused rather than reassured. Clear instructions are important, but so is respectful communication. I hope this is addressed so future patients have a better experience. I do not recommend this optometrist.

fasted i've ever been in and out of an eye appointment, ever. they take my insurance so $10 and 10 minutes after arriving, i had a new perfect prescription. my old regular place used to take forever, and the last 2 years they've gotten my script wrong so i figured id try somewhere else. i really like this dr and appreciate her efficiency

I was referred to this office by my cousin. Unfortunately, they do not take my insurance, but I do want to take the time to thank Marissa for her friendliness and hospitality simply over the phone. It makes a big difference when you are trying to get questions answered, and you have someone that is willing to be patient and kind to you.

Front desk staff are rude and despite the fact their hours say they are open until 5, the actual optometrist is only there until 230 daily. So no after school appointments.

Me and my senior age father both had a great experience here. He asked me to make this review because the staff was so excellent. The doctor that worked with him and one of the office managers, both were very helpful in trying to lower the cost of the appointment. The doctor made sure his insurance card was applied before he left and the office manager called him earlier this evening after looking over paperwork to let him know he has a bit of money coming back because his insurance covered the whole appointment. They told him sorry for the mix up but he was so pleased they caught it and were honest about it. We are both grateful to have the extra grocery money back for him. Thank you all.

2/26/23 edit: Editing my review to give full 5 stars (previous 4 stars). I returned for my annual exam this year and the wait-time drastically decreased. I made an appointment and was seen promptly when I arrived. Everyone was still very kind and professional! Cost of eye exam with glasses and contacts prescriptions were $156 without insurance, which is the most affordable AND reliable option I found in the Norman area. Though I made an appointment, the wait time was a bit long (~20 minutes) which is the only con. The male receptionist was very nice and helpful. Dr. Vu took time to answer any questions I had which I appreciate.

Wonderful experience. If I could give this clinic more than five stars, I would. My family and I go no where else but here for checkups. I enjoy speaking to Ivan at the front desk, because he is not only professional, but friendly and helpful. The doctor never fails me and is always on top of my prescriptions.
