I've been getting my glasses and contacts here for several years. I've called and left messages the last couple weeks to get a new prescription and never got a call back. I finally got ahold of someone today and she was so rude! She has to be new because the older staff are wonderful people. I got half way through scheduling before I said I would just go elsewhere. I was obviously inconveniencing her.

Customer service is lacking big time! I scheduled an appointment online 2 days before . Drove 40 minutes then the front desk tried to act like I wasn't scheduled or that I was overlapped with someone at that time. I showed them my email conformation . At that point they couldn't lie to my face anymore and finally admitted the doctor had just left for the day . They are unorganized and rude . Waste of my time . I'm going to Dr. Jon Painter in Moore,Ok from now on. Better service and prices!

The most unprofessional place I've dealt with in my life. Employee's are rude. Refused to fill my prescription, gave me a copy of my prescription to go else where, then refused to give the new office the license number to fill my prescription. Big thanks to Dang Eye Care & Associates and the Medical Board of Oklahoma I was able to get my prescription filled.

After using this place for years and referring over 12 friends. Thinks have changed. I will not take my family back agin. My wife was talked into getting progression lens in her new glasses. From the time she walked out of the office she felt they were the wrong prescription. We called back and talked to them. They assured us it was right and takes time to adjust. We called back after a few weeks like she suggested. We told her she was wearing her old glasses again because she couldn't see out of her new ones but wore them at night to try to get use to them. Again they assured us they were right and to stop switching back and forth and to give it a month. Now every time we call it goes to voicemail and no one will return our calls. I'm taking her somewhere else to get retested and get new glasses. Don't go here

The cheap prices for eye exams is how they get you in here, but that's exactly the kind of service you are going to get. Nanette, apparently their office manager has no sense of how to treat customers. I was unable to get my sons prescription filled because they would not allow us to order a different brand with the exact same fitting and prescription. There are several affordable options for contact lenses on the market but this company will not work with them, therefore we are forced to use whatever BRAND they choose or go to a different doctor. Which is exactly what we will be doing. I will not be bringing my business here nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. The one star is simply because I couldn't post a review without one.

I have worn contacts/glasses my whole life and the two contact trials I got from them were horrible and my vision was still blurry. And when I expressed this to them they basically said you are SOL. And now I have to pay to do the contact fitting all over again. I'm super frustrated with this place. I honestly wouldn't go here and it's a giant rip off. In all reality this place needs to get shut down and I don't know how and why it's still open. The doctor can't even get most of his patients prescriptions right and that's not okay. :(

Terrible! Do not go here. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and was doing his best to keyhole me into buying prescription eye drops. Then my prescription was not filled out completely when I asked for a copy.....(aka 2016). Today I called for confirmation of full prescription, they put me on hold for over 30 min. When I called back the lady who originally answered, laughed in the background. The kind lady on the phone was shocked I was calling after my "prescription was expired" for so long. I informed her it hasn't changed in 15+ years, and that I CAN do math. She didn't even say goodbye or your welcome after I thanked her.

I ordered my lenses and was informed by the person who checked me out that they should arrive in a week. It's been almost a month and still no lenses. I called and spoke with Nanette 3 weeks later and was told they were never ordered. The girl was "New" and made a mistake. I asked for some form of compensation back due to the error and was denied. She didn't seem very empathetic. For this reason, I will not use this company again or refer anyone. The Doctor who examined my eyes was OUTSTANDING. However, Nanette needs to take some empathy training. It's really disappointing that she didn't go above and beyond to appease me considering I was the customer "inconvenienced" I understand people being brand new but I shouldn't have to suffer behind someone else's incompetence. If Nanette had just done more than the required, the review I'd be writing would be much different. For this reason, 947 Eyes has lost a customer. I will opt to go and pay a higher price for the same exact service if I know I'm going to receive much better customer service. In the words of my boss "NOT MY CIRCUS,NOT MY MONKEY" Thanks for the (lackluster) customer service, Nanette! Chianti.
