Advanced Eye Care

I absolutely love this clinic! I've been a patient for years, and the staff is consistently kind and helpful. Dr. Hagen and her team always take the time to address any questions I have, and the front desk staff is knowledgeable. My glasses always come back perfect, and I highly recommend their office to everyone.

I have not dealt with the prescription side of the operations but I know it would be exceptional! I have gone there to have pieces of metal removed from my eye and they are so great! The receptionist is always busy but still nice, the nurse is very knowledgeable and Dr. Hagen is very caring, explanatory, knowledgeable and more! She knows exactly what she is doing and is very experienced and skilled and careful! She cares a lot about the healing process too, which is my opinion is just as important as the "repair" so to speak. I live a long ways away from here but will take my own family here despite the drive if they ever need to go! Dr. Hagen is so amazing!

I will never go back here. Number 1, what they call an eye exam for $130 is a damn joke, they do not care about the health of your eyes. Second after getting my exam and they were supposed to order my contact trials and let me know when to come get them...the receptionist never called me. I called HER two months later to check and she was lecturing me about how they've been there. How would I have known? I had some family issues going on and wasn't able to come pick them up because she kept insisting they only had appointments months out and they were around my work shift. I go today to get the trials, and they ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT MY EYES. I have had an astigmatism for 10 years but she prescribed me contacts with no correction for that. I told her originally I don't want those high prescription contacts because I can see 20/20 with the prescription I have and they give me a headache. She tells me this is what I NEED to see and if I want it changed I need to pay for a new eye exam? You must be insane to think I'm coming back here. Also she dilated my eyes with some mystery "dilation" drops and then immediately tested my vision...#1 no regard for whether I could be allergic. 2, she clearly used the same bottle on multiple people, and 3 they burned and itched my eyes the rest of the day. I ended up calling and scheduling to get a fresh exam with a REAL doctor who cares about their patients and they 1000% agreed with me. They're unprofessional, the old receptionist was rude and the new one ain't much better.

I came to this clinic on the recommendation of my daughter-in-law, I had already spoken to several and they had high prices, when you arrive here they greet you with kindness and respect and the doctor explains everything clearly apart from the fact that you don't need a translator because she and her team speak Spanish.

GREAT STAFF! lady's upfront are super friendly and did a fantastic job taking care of me! Highly recommend this place for your Eyecare to everyone. Itzel did a great job helping me pick out my glasses for me and I'm very glad I took her recommendation on the glasses because they fit me perfect and really like the new look with my new glasses

I've been to a 3 different eye doctors over 7 years and this is the best one by far. Dr. Hagen is an absolute sweetheart, very considerate and she spent plenty of time explaining everything about my vision and helping me pick out frames. They're all very casual, yet extremely professional and very involved and helpful. This place is also very affordable if you don't have insurance. If you're browsing places to get a vision exam in the metro, choose this one.

My experience..... Picked up my glasses... Was not greeted or thanked or no see ya next year....I said thank you as I was leaving and neither desk lady said anything...That is not customer service...I like the doctor real well but won't go back ...Just plain rude

Just for the intention of the doctor, I read many comments, and most people is complaining about you receptionists, so why don't you take action for your costumer sake
