I've purchased several pairs of glasses from Jo over the years and truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Her expertise is outstanding, and she has an incredible eye for frames that are flattering, functional, and perfectly aligned with my style. I trust her guidance completely -- a client for life. My ophthalmology exam this month indicated a needed for a revision in prescription. I own three regular pair of glasses and one pair of sunglasses, and a few years ago I invested in high quality eyewear. The ophthalmologist's office informed me that due to the high cost of my glasses I would need to sign a waiver but they would be happy to move ahead. I contacted Black Optical where I had purchased my most recent eyewear. I was informed that there would be no need for a waiver and if, by some miracle, they damaged my glasses they would replace them - no charge. When I offered them 3 of my 4 regular glasses I asked if a new prescription could be installed in one quickly. That was last Thursday. They said "yes". Tuesday they called to inform me that my pair was ready. It really doesn't matter if your eyewear is pricey or not. Get a great prescription and service at Black Optical.

Don't walk into this place unless you plan on falling head over heels with their glasses. I can't say enough good things about how amazing Black's inventory is and how incredible their staff is. They'll leave you feeling spoiled. Highly recommend chatting with Jo. She has an immense knowledge of their glasses and a keen eye for what looks good on people.
