I have enjoyed going to this eye doctor for years been going there for probably 6+ years but today today I Was treated rudely by the receptionist and for her actions the doctor has lost three patients today myself my wife and my child will not be back in that office ever again

This is the only doctor's office that has made my wife pay for the office visit, even though she has met her out of pocket max for the year. I even pulled up my BCBS app and showed them that it say plan pays 100%. They didn't care and said she had to pay it anyway.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find a doctor's office that won't rip you off! This place is bad news, and we won't return.
