Dr. Womack and his staff provide very good service. I went to them after another eye care place couldn't get my contact prescription dialed in after multiple tries, and Dr. Womack was able to get it right first try. Another time I had an eye abrasion from work and they provided excellent care on short notice. Highly recommend Bright Eyes.

I recently just moved to okc from out of state and i was in need of a new optical and i found bright eyes thru my insurance care provider. I've worked in an optical before so I know the general protocol for pulling insurance...eyemed, VSP, spectera so as i sent in before hand paperwork I assumed this has been looked up previous to my appointment. I ended up having to pay full price out of pocket $250, which I had no issues with because I had assumed they did their part in looking for my eye insurance. The appointment was ok, I didn't end up using my prescription because when I first got in the room the phoropter was off set so everything I saw was a blur until the doctor actually pulled it back and realized it was set wrong. After the appointment we agree to order my trial contacts. Fast Forward 2 weeks I go back to check on said order trial contacts and my contacts were never ordered. Then upon asking if I can just order because I needed contacts so bad he THEN took the time to look up my insurance and discovered that I INFACT had spectera and I was charged the wrong price the entire time and I walked out with a bad prescription, no contacts and $250 less than when I walked in. He suggested that I find a Eyecare provider that accepts spectera. If they would have pressed two or three button from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted my money and time

The girl that answered the phone yesterday and today was unprofessional! I had a serious issue that I needed to take care. I have 2 different insurances. She acted as if she could not schedule an appointment. She stated we have to make sure you actually have insurance. Which is unnecessary because you take out of pocket pay appointments as well? I told her I had vision care direct and united health care. The united healthcare was not immediately showing up even though it was a new plan that was going to be activate/effective starting today. She should already know the vision care direct gives you same day coverage. Which I thought was rude. This type of stuff will cause you guys to lose business! Thank God, I called other places and didn't give up. Bona vision went above and beyond to make sure they could help!

Truly, this is the best and most thorough exam that I've had in a long time. They seem to care about your about the integrity of the exam. I've been wearing glasses for probably more than half of my life. I also appreciate Dr. Bryan Womack and the front desk team. So kind and professional!

Dr. Womack is the first eye doctor I've ever been to because I never knew there was a problem with my eyesight. When I got there I was greeted pleasantly and was assisted quickly. Dr. Womack is very kind and professional and found my perfect prescription in a matter of minutes. Everyone there is super sweet and friendly. I'm definitely not a big fan of doctors' offices but my experience there was painless and very fun.

I took my daughter here because another eye doctor said her eyes were fine and vision 20/20, but she still was having problems. Dr. Womack figured out the problem. With her new prescription glasses- the eye strain and headaches are gone. Friendly and professional staff- thank you, Dr. Womack!
