Children's Eye Care, PLLC

My daughter has seen Dr. Young there since she was about 5 months old. Each time we have went, we have waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor even when we show up early and there is no one in the waiting room. We drive over 2 hours to get there so the wait time is actually atrocious. We've brought this up numerous times with staff and the doctor herself before coming on here. Time management here with Dr. Young needs to be worked on. Small children are not easy to be entertained that long when they are fussy and hungry and ready to leave. If you work with small children especially, you need to be considerate of time.

Twaniqua Pierce AKA Twanny was absolutely fantastic, and her coworker was amazing as well! They took the best care of our sweet daughter, Maizy, and they were so patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. Also, they made sure our daughter picked out the perfect pair of glasses!! The glasses were ready the same day too! If I could give this facility a million stars, I would!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Today was our very first visit with Dr. Trigler His nurse staff was so nice and caring. Very welcoming. Very informative. Dr. Trigler is the same way. Such a nice guy and a ver6 good doctor. My daughter came in today for an eye exam and got glasses. Their selection is pretty nice too. The office is very warm and welcoming as well with the front end staff. So very polite. Im glad we got referred here and I am so happy my daughters eye care is with Dr. Trigler. Thank you for all your kindness and thank you for such good care. I highly recommend this clinic for your kids eye care needs.

we barely sat down before getting called back! haley was so so sweet and kept my daughter engaged the whole time (which I still don't understand how she managed that.) She even pretended to do the eyedrops on myself and my daughter's doll to make my girl feel more comfortable! We did not have to wait long for Dr. forcina to come in. He was efficient and made my daughter very comfortable. Top it all off with a sucker and sticker at the end! All smiles from this mom and her daughter!

Our first time at the office and the staff was absolutely amazing! Very patient! Very hands on! Very organized! Great selection of glasses for my daughter! Overall 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

A bit unusual going to a Children's Eye Clinic, but one of our best friends of both myself and my wife of 33 yrs., has been taking her kids there (now grown,) for years. She said that DR. BROWN was just a incredible person and Doctor. Both our friend and my wife have worked together for years now at the largest hospital establishment in OKC, and are well aware of the Health Industry and it's many aspects. Again, feeling a bit odd, but on the advice of our long time friend... whom also sees Dr. Brown for her eye health, I book a appointment. In short: the above 5 STAR RATING is solid and true. At the age of 66 years young and still 'hitting the gym' I can truthfully say that Dr. R. Brown was: Kind, Friendly, Non-hurried, and Thoughtful in her treatment and care of my eyes. If you are looking around for a truly nice and professional eye care Doctor look her up. I also thoroughly enjoyed her very friendly and professional staff as well. Even the check-in and check-out was smooth. All the best Charlie. P. S. Friday app.s are best, things were quiet and peaceful. My lobby wait was LESS then five minutes.

I believe the gentleman I worked with was Solomon if I heard correctly. He not only was pleasant to speak with but he assured me he would check on the issue and called me back within minutes. I am an office manager myself and I think it's so important to recognize turnover time and solid employees. Thanks for your help <3

Our six-year-old daughter was so nervous about having to have her eyes dilated, remembering how much it had hurt the last year. But Dr. Scott and the staff were so gentle, reassuring and quick. A specialist dealing with children and highly competent team, Dr. Scott is worth making the trip to OKC to see. (Haha pardon the pun)
