Cody Greenhaw, OD

Dr. Greenhaw has been our family's eye doctor for 12 years. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and always happy to help. My kids have always felt comfortable going to him, and I just can't recommend this practice enough. We are very satisfied.

Thanks to Dr Greenhaw my mom is able to see, he discovered a problem that no one else took the time to seek and connected us with the proper channels to get emergency surgery. We are very thankful to this man who is very caring and kind. Our entire family children and adults had been patients for almost 10 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else as long as he is available.

Great staff! Great care!! We have been patients with Dr. Larry since he was working out of Quail Springs and Dr. Cody is carrying on the family tradition of providing top rate patient care. I won't trust my eye care to anyone else!!!

Dr. G squeezed me in last minute for an apt! Great communication and personable. Staff is amazing! All around great office.

I wouldn't give even one star, but it won't let me submit without one. I am beyond disappointed with this eye doctors office. When I called to make the appointment I told them I had a new insurance so if they could tell me what I would be paying before I made the appointment. I already had a prescription for both glasses and contacts for my daughter, just needed the fitting, I was told for her it would be no more then $40, I was charged $90.00. For mine I was told that it was covered under my insurance. I was charged $101. When I asked why, they started say dialation this and x-ray that. They wouldn't even honor the $40 for my daughter, they said... we didn't tell you that about your daughter...who did you talk to. I said I can't pay that, and was told that is fine, but you can't have your prescription until you pay. No one at this place takes any responsiblity!!! I have called multiple times for the office manager to call me back, no call back till today when Kala the office manager called me to "collect my bill...she was horrible! Super confrontational from the beginning. She did finally say you are right your daughters should have been $40. When trying to figure out my bill, I explained what I had been told when I made the appointment, she was not even willing to talk to me about it...she said we expect our clients to know what there benefits are. I don't even have the presciption. Yet she said she is sending me to collections, and then hung up the phone. I do not recommend this eye doctors office, the staff makes this place horrible. I do think that if Dr Greenhaw would have a chance to reevalute our eye that the we could figure out why our eye are blurry with the presciption given, but because of the confrontational office manager/staff, I will NEVER go back and can not recommend him.

Great experience from start to finish. Dr Greenhaw takes time to answer your questions and makes clear sight and comfort a priority.
