Before I came here I was put off by the reviews of long wait times. It's true, the waits can be long, but I think people are misunderstanding the structure of the facility. Some of the doctors are on triage and doing emergency eye care in between their regularly scheduled appointments. I'm willing to wait so that other people can get the vision-saving care they need. Dr. Newton is a fantastic, kind, and intelligent healthcare provider and she put me at ease even with scary results. She has a commitment to finding the root causes of your symptoms and getting you better. Thank you to Dr. Newton and her office. Your work is so appreciated!

Had an appointment for11:00 for my husband. We arrived at 10:30 and were checked in by Robert. We waited 2 hours I went to check was told Dr Riaz had an unexpected surgery and he was running behind. Waited another hour went back and checked again and the girl then checked my husband's name and was told he had never been checked in. Told them we were leaving and would reschedule or find someone else. Went to the original desk where we originally checked in. Robert said he did check him in. A really nice girl, Alonjah finally was very kind, caring, and apologetic. She deserves 10 stars. She scheduled a new appointment and was the only person we dealt with who seemed to care. We even talked to the Manager at the other desk. She was worthless. What a horrible experience and waste of four hours counting our travel time. My husband is 81 years old and did not deserve this treatment. Dr Riaz is wonderful but Dean McGee needs to hire some new staff and teach them about customer service.

I am still a patient! I have seen/ seeing several doctors trying to find out what's wrong with me and im still on the journey. I chose to try and speak with a representative Angela Ganther to address my issues of being double booked on a appt...having to come back the next day to make sure a specialist was booked all to find out what I was right the gentleman who said you are straight was indeed incorrect he didn't book the specialist. People leaving to go home early because it was during the Christmas holidays so noone truly wanted to help. Even left several messages for Ron in scheduling never returned my calls. But this organization is supposed to be the finest. Thank God there is usually one or two people who go above and beyond and dont get recognized. Thank you SHARON MCNEIL and SHERRY! SHARON went above and beyond to finish up and assist with my issue. I will be back next month for another appointment. Im praying now that I get a resolution or at least act like the company cares!

This was my first time here. The doctor was amazing. She was kind, welcoming and did a thorough check. She described my history well. She made sure I understood everything. She had me schedule a follow up and just made me feel amazing. The technician was awesome. He was thorough gave the clearest instructions I've ever heard. When I had to wait in between those two , I was sat in a comfortable place that was calm. I just truly enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much. Even the front desk lady was amazing. She was kind of helpful.

Do not go here. The billing department is not helpful. Copay was paid by my mother the day before and confirmed as paid by the front desk. Then received a bill that the copay was not paid. Never received a receipt but showed proof of payment through credit card statement. They did not accept that and then threaten to turn into collections. Sounds like they messed up and applied my payment to someone else's account. Either that or they are fraudulently charging patients. Sounds like an accounting issue that I hope an auditor finds.

My son was seen by Dr Nathan Liles today and he is amazing. My son has special needs and typically struggles at his appointments but Dr Liles was so patient and kind. He explained everything and was very mindful of our concerns. We didn't wait long except for when my son's eyes were being dilated which is typical.

Waited 9 months to contact me by email to tell me i owed money when I called very rude and would not send itemized statement. I liked Dr Bell but will not return. High turnover and the wait is ridiculous.

Came here assisting my elderly mother after a referral from OUs ER.
We would NOT recommend it at all.
The other reviewers are correct in that you can expect to spend 3-4 hours waiting around.
It reminds me of jury duty. Check in. Go sit here for an hour. Talk with someone for 15 minutes. Go wait there for 2 hours. See another person for 15 minutes. Wait in place for 45 minutes. See the doctor/judge for 5 minutes. Dismissed.
The facility itself is tired and old. It feels like it hasn't seen a renovation since the 80's. One troublesome aspect is the lack of family/accessible restrooms in the facility. If you are assisting someone who is of another gender that has special needs, you can expect complications.
