I haven't even seen the doctor yet but have been yelled at by the staff. No professional decorum or customer service. You can tell by the reviews im not the only one. Rebekah was amazing the front desk girl not at all!!!

I've taken my mother here twice and both times we waited over an hour in the waiting room. When finally seeing Dr. Hampton, she was unfriendly and unapologetic. The entire appointment was uncomfortable and awkward. I provided her a list of my mother's medications and she was irritated the list was not in alphabetic order. She left the room during the exam and didn't come back for almost 45 minutes without an explanation. Won't be returning.

Been a patient for years, Dr. Hampton is great. Have always enjoyed her. Earlier this week I tried to use the online scheduler to schedule my next appointment. After two days never heard back, so today I called to schedule the old fashion way. After telling the staff member my name and that I was an existing patient, she put me on hold and after several minutes I heard the phone pick up and then hang up. Honest mistake I guess, but no one tried to call me back. They had my name and info and every opportunity to call me back to schedule my appointment...and didn't. Quite disappointing. I made appointment with another doc. Super easy!

Great Experience!! Dr Hampton and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional! I especially want to thank Kathy for fitting me with the best contacts ever and I have been wearing contacts for 20 years. The 20/10 vision I get from these daily contacts at age 69 are amazing!!

BAD experience. I visited a couple years ago and had a decent experience but was surprised that they charged me to print out my prescription (in addition to my $40 copay? I thought a Rx was included in my insurance?). Fast forward to present and I went in for my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited. About three or four people went in before me and approximately 53 minutes into my wait they called me back (I know, I know, I should've left before then but I needed to get it over with). I waited another 7 minutes for the tech to come in, measure my glasses, and disappear again. She returned about 5 minutes later and did my measurements/testing. Then approximately 12 minutes after THAT (yes, I was timing at that point, imagining all the creative things I was going to say on my survey when I receive it), the MD arrives to finish my exam. Following my exam, during which there was no apologies for the absolute inexcusable wait time, I waited another 10 minutes or so for the front desk to print off my Rx, which I had forgotten about the previous experience. And yes, I was charged AGAIN $35 for the piece of paper. I left after a total of 1 hour and 21 minutes and $75 (copay plus Rx) for the visit (not sure what insurance pays after that but...). Oh, and a card with a pres-cheduled appointment for next year. Um, no thank you, ma'am. I do recall they have a sign posted at the front re: the $35 so that is my bad for sure; HOWEVER, why in the world would I return after the atrocious service, the extra cost (a regular eye exam visit is $20 and a "free" prescription printed off)?? So, lesson FINALLY learned and yes, I did call and cancel the "helpful" pre-scheduled appointment, don't you worry. Now, don't get me wrong, the MD was pleasant enough and she's probably fine but my time is WAY too valuable (three children and a life) to sit that long and pay that much for a prescription that literally did not change in 2 years. FRUSTRATING. I most certainly will not be returning for a future exam but I WILL be returning my survey when it arrives in the mail. Thanks, Google, for letting me share my experience with the interwebs. I needed to get that off my chest.

I am a Marine , Vietnam Vet , I want to say, that Dr. Diana E.Hamton MD. she is a great Ophthalmologist that reminds me of the Doctors I seen when I was growing up as a young boy . She's an outstanding Doctor and cares about her patients and making are eyes great again. Her Performance is outstanding you could not ask for a better Doctor. And the Staff are outstanding you could not ask for a better Staff , that goes for Scheduling, Office environment. Dr. Diana E. Hampton, MD. is a Doctor I could trust completely about my care.

I love Dr. HAMPTON! I am so Thankful I was referred to her. After two cataract surgeries I can definitely say she's the best. I have never felt rushed out the door and have always had all my questions answered. Plus her STAFF is amazing.

Great service. Dr Hampton is a good listener and corrects any misapprehensions you might have about the outcome of any issue. No concerns at all. Diana knows her stuff - she makes my life that bit easier. As with any ophthalmology appointment, and BEFORE your appointment, get the darkest-dark glasses you can. The cheap plastic slip-ons are perfect. Because if you DO get your pupils dilated and even if it is an overcast day, you won't otherwise be able to drive at all. Even better, plan on having a spouse or friend go with you to drive you home. Even if you ARE wearing your glasses and ARE wearing super-dark slip-ons over that, you still won't be able to focus very well at all.
