This was my second visit to Dr. Claborn's office after quite some time. Let me say, I've always been pleased with Dr. Claborn, though my first was somewhat of a nightmare due to his then front desk support.
This visit was completely different. All the support staff, from the front desk to the billing area were wonderful. They were personable, friendly, and patient enough to answer any questions I had. Dr. Claborn as well took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood my diagnosis. I was in and out in no time.
This was a pleasant experience, and I'll make sure not to skip my annual visit again.

The Doc was great. Reception was not. Arrived on time but waited 15 minutes passed start time for reception to get their ducks in a row. Exam was great. After the exam the pearlvision rep held my card while she found a quote for my contacts. $454 for one year supply but she kept mentioning a $100 rebate to come after my prescription arrived. Went to sams club. Full year supply plus two full pair of glasses for that price. Ridiculous
