The eye doctor has been amazing. I was worried I might never be able to return to wearing contacts, but with his help, I've been able to! He's an excellent communicator, truly listens, and works to get to the root of your needs. The office staff, however, leaves much to be desired. The front-desk ladies are often disengaged, absorbed in their phones or personal conversations, and not very welcoming. I agree with other reviews on that point. Still, don't let the staff deter you from seeing a great doctor. Get your prescription and go! You'll be glad you chose Dr. Vervack.
