I needed a new set of glasses on an ASAP basis. First I visited their associated Optomitrist, pleasantly, quickly, and thoroughly tested me and gave me the needed prescription. I then went in the glass shop, and picked my frames. I wanted an anti-scratch coating, took s week to get, but I needed my new glasses much sooner.They loaned me a set of lenses which worked perfectly. When the anti - scratch lenses were ready. They quickly placed them in the frames. Both visits, including the optomotrist, took less than 3 and a half hours !!!. They have earned my repeat business in the future.

WARNING! I was guided to this location by my vision insurance provider. Called to schedule an appointment, only to be rerouted to another doctor who does not accept the insurance! Eyemart Express accepts the insurance but only for frames, etc. If you are needing an exam please check to ensure they accept your insurance coverage. Otherwise you will be responsible for additional charges. Would not recommend

I was helped instantly after walking in. I didn't catch her name but she walked me thru the order process & got me set up with a 40% off discount. I needed them immediately so I could work as I had gotten a ruptured blood vessel on my eye & contacts were not going to be an option. Three days later contacts are still not an option, ouch. I was told that my eye glasses & sunglasses would be ready in about an hour. 35 minutes later I picked up my order. Such a blessing to be able to work in the sun without looking like an idiot with old glasses under sunglasses. highly recommend them if you need them in a rush. Online obviously would have been cheaper but I would not have had them in hand within the hour.

I have been coming here every year for years but this time I decided never will coming back again. I spent almost $500 out of pocket in this store to be treated so rudely. The Manager with short hair is the worst, she had attitude when she talk to me. And other ladies weren't friendly either mostly new ones. I like the older lady she was always nice but she weren't there that day. Customer service is ZERO for this store. Go look for other store not this one.

The staff there went above and beyond helping me with my glasses. At first we thought that I had an HMO insurance and they don't take HMO's. Then when texting my agent he was able to confirm the I did have the PPO plan. Went back into the store and was able to pick it my glasses. When returning to pick them up Icould not see out of them. The resident that wrote my script did not write it correctly. Lens Crafters made them exactly how it was written. Now I have to call my ophthalmologist and have the doctor, not the resident, redo my test. I have TED in one eye only and need prisms for it. For some reason the resident put one in my good eye which messed it all up. Lens Crafters insured me they would correct them as soon as the doctor writes the correct script. Thanks Lens Crafters for all you did trying to make my glasses work for me. I'll be back as soon as I can.
