My kids went there a while back I really liked the front desk people , Christina was really nice that's why I gave 2 stars but at first Dr Fox was really nice until the day he checked my youngest son's eyes and I asked what his vision was and he kinda laughed and said "counting fingers" I didn't find that amusing at all! He did have very poor vision and I just didn't find it amusing, be sincere and more professional with future patients! So we eventually left there after I found a better facility and Dr to take my kids to.

Always a pleasure coming here. The staff treats me very well and respectfully. Dr Fox is a great eye doctor and he knows what he's doing.

Smaller practice. Dr. Fox office was short staffed today but I didn't feel that it impacted my experience at all. The assistant and Dr. Fox were personable, able to answer all of my questions, and provided plenty of information. I came for a subscription for glasses and to get fitted for contacts. I have minimal experience with contacts and they both were patient and walked me through putting the contacts in and taking them out. Dr. Fox went over several different brands for me to try on over the weekend to see what fits best for my eyes. I was found the experience pleasant and look forward to going back next week after testing the different contacts.

This place is a joke! I paired for my contacts in August $600 worth and have yet to receive them. I knew they took some time to come in which is why I paid in advance. Everytime I try to call they give me the run around, of some excuse of their computer system was down and upgrading, or the doctor isn't in, or we wanted to bill both your insurance. They JUST ORDERED them in December mind you I've already paid for my goods and service and I walk out empty handed for 5 months going. Don't waste your time. There's only 4 employees but yet another excuse of why none of them know what's going on. I've enjoyed Dr. Gary but I can no longer put up with his staff and their neglects

Way too expensive. I have never paid so much for our glasses. Won't return to him. No variety on glasses. Their exam rooms are not private. The staff seemed confused. They are really pushy on the add ons.

Dr. Fox is thorough in his eye exams. And everyone else is top notch in customer service. They stand behind the lenses and frames they sell. Been going there 5 years now. I will continue to do so.

My family have been coming to Dr Fox's office since 1999 and we have always had a pleasant experience. The staff have always been great as well.

Best eye doctor ever. I have been a patient for years. The staff are great. Dr Fox is very thorough. I would never consider going to another doctor.
