Front office team was helpful and cordial. The clinical support team was very nice and professional. They are very efficient and friendly. Dr. Bogie is a great ophthalmologist and my husband and I have had faith in her for years to care for the health of our eyes!

I was scheduled for a return visit on 11/4/2025 at 9:30 a.m. which I had signed in early. As I waited in the waiting room area I was finally seen about 30 minutes after my arrival time. I was finally escorted to the rear and did a 20/20 eye examination. The nurse escorted me back to the waiting room area and asked me to wait I waited for another 15 minutes at this time I have been there for an hour and have not seen the doctor. I'll return to the reception desk and explain to them that I have been waiting an hour and have not been seen by the doctor that I had other appointments to go to. It just seemed like no one knew what was going on!

Nice gals at check in. Got in pretty quick for the preliminary check ( we were new patients). Waited for the doctor about 30 min. Which was a little long but understand Dr. Bogie probably had to read over new info. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. It was a pleasant office visit. 4.5

Please read this before you make an appointment with this office. I guess I knew better than to actually believe these people. I searched Precision Eye Care at the intersection of North Portland and Northwest 50th in Oklahoma City. I called the number that Google provided, and the friendly lady scheduled an appointment for me. What I did not know is I had actually reached a different office / business with the same name on the same street. But apparently this office has multiple names. As I was scheduling my appointment, I was surprised when I was told I did not need my vision insurance that they would be using my medical insurance since it was just an eye exam. I'm new to Oklahoma and thought this strange. So, fast forward to the day of my appointment, I'm the first appointment of the day, I'm sitting in the parking lot of where I thought I had scheduled the appointment, as the time approaches I realize that they're not opening until later, I look closer at my email notification and see a different address. So I drive there nearby. I'm greeted by friendly ladies at the counter. I explain what has happened they say yes people get them confused all the time. I then express my concern about medical insurance versus my vision insurance. And asked if they're certain. Which they replied you will not receive a bill this will cover everything. I even went so far to say "you promise". And they again verbally confirmed that there would be no balance due. So next, is not as important to me, However I was taken to the exam room. I explained that I could not accept dilation. And then I waited nearly 45 minutes for Dr Bogie. Of course waiting that long after deliberately trying to make an early morning appointment so that I could be at work in a timely manner, I had to try to conceal my irritation at having to wait such a long time. She did address it, by saying most people get dilation so she was schedule so the dilation had time to take effect. I thought to myself well that's inconsiderate you should ask that first. I'm hypersensitive to dilation, I would have been unable to work all day. Back to the real anger. Yesterday, I received a statement for $191 for an eye exam, nothing else. As a matter of fact, one of the shortest exams I've ever had. I have to pay this horrible place 191.00. By the way I did hear them say as I was leaving that day that they will be changing their name to something else they seem to have a variety of names. This may be how they scam people. Please, move along to the next office and be more diligent than I was.

Everyone there was so friendly and nice. I really enjoyed it meeting everyone there in my visit. I can't wait for next year to come.

I've been seeing Dr Bogie for the last 17 years. Always a great experience. Her staff is exceptional.

I called for an emergency appointment with Dr. Bogie and they worked me in that afternoon. The pain was at a 10! She took good care of me and gave me the right medication to clear it up. Two days before, I went to a walk and clinic and the doctor prescribed the medication for something different. It made my eye worse. Dr. Bogie ROCKS!
