Dr. Fairchild and the rest of the team were great. I had a less than desirable experience with my previous optometrist failing to listen/take what I had to say into account, but the team here at Hefner was the opposite! They made me feel heard, gave me information (rather than just a diagnosis), and worked with me to find a solution (or at least to take the first steps toward one) that works for me. I'm very glad I made the switch.
