Dr. Belardo was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and spent extra time making sure I understood everything. He has a great bedside manner and I'm so glad I chose him to do my lens replacement. Would recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr. Belardo and staff have been great. The take time to explain procedures throughly & answer questions. Also send videos that reiterate what to expect.

The staff are very kind and caring. Dr Belardo has the best outlook for my eyes and their health. I am pleased to be a patient of his and this establishment.

I didn't even get to meet the Dr, I filled out the questionnaire to be a candidate, Mike from the clinic contacted me to make an appointment, I made an appointment for me and my son, and when I got there we didn't have an appointment. Lady up front told me she could squeeze me in at 8:45 and that I was going to have to wait more likely to be seen. I asked off for this appointment using PTO that I could use for something else. It's really hard for me to take off. She offered to reschedule but how can you trust a provider if they didn't even schedule two patients for their appointments? No thank you.

Caution! Poor experience with this clinic. Years ago I had lasik procedure done with positive results. Returned recently for a follow-up, verified my vision insurance and office staff confirmed they are in network and I would be covered at the time of scheduling my appointment. Surprised to receive a bill for the complete visit in the mail a week later. The answer given from office staff, because the provider coded 'dry eyes' the whole visit was flipped to 'medical condition' requiring my medical insurance, none of this was explained or even collected at the time of my appt. And of course, you guessed it, they are not in network with my medical insurance. This used to be a quality clinic, up front and honest in all financial dealings. Things have changed and I would advise against scheduling with them again.

If I could leave a zero star today, I would. I have been going to Dr. Belardo for over 20 years and today may be my last visit ever. My appointment today took two hours for them to finally come in and tell me the internet was down and the scheduler would have to call me. I spent less than 30 min with Dr. Patel. They could have come in and told me this sooner so I could go to work. This was a follow up appointment from last week where my copay was $60. Today was $60 and when I asked if I could have my prescription, they told me it would be another $25!!!! I've recommended Dr. Belardo to many people over the years, but I can no longer in good conscience continue to do so.

My mom And me couldn't have picked a better Dr!! My mom has 20/20 vision now and is extremely happy. The staff are very caring from beginning to end and answer every question you may have specially Linda They are very detailed on explaining the instructions on medications to follow at home and please follow them ! they do their part on the surgery and you must do your part at home . They also have bilingual staff which was a plus for my mom . Thank you so much Dr Belardo ! You have been blessed with an amazing gift .
