I had a great experience with all the staff and Dr McKenzie was so professional and friendly I will definitely be going back when I need another exam

I'm still waiting for my trial contacts. It's been 2 weeks.... I needed them for work, the woman at the front desk told me no later than Thursday that same week..... here I am still waiting for trail pairs. The wait is my only complaint as for everything else it seems like a good place for the most part.

I had gone to Dr McKenzie's office to get a exam for the first time in November and I hadn't gone to get my eyes checked since I was a kid I never thought of it until one day I was driving and I realized my vision is blurry so I reached out to her office and got in a week later which was the best decision of my life! She is amazing and the staff there is fabulous they really make you feel comfortable and they love to help you pick the right pair of glasses that make you feel top notch I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about having to wear glasses on a daily basis but turns out I love them! I finally ordered my glasses I've been wanting for almost two months now and I'm excited!! I'm even more excited about looking into getting some contacts for those occasions that I go out with my husband or for when I'm not working. Thank you Dr McKenzie!! You're amazing I can't wait to bring my husband in to get his eyes checked soon and I'm happy I finally found my forever eye expert!!

I am a sales representative for a frame line. I was formerly an optician in a similar atmosphere. When busy, it can be hard to stay positive and sincere. Today while visiting with the optician, I overheard many conversations with patients. I am so impressed with how professional this very busy office is. I was also happy to see a smiling young lady who is bilingual behind the front desk. I love that Dr. McKenzie hires such great staff. I am not even a patient, yet! - Melissa

I couldn't be happier! Dr McKenzie is highly skilled in her field and knows when to ask the necessary questions. She provided a very through checkup and is so pleasant and professional. Her staff also makes the visit a great experience. After I received my glasses and wore them week or so, I had an issue with the lenses (due to the lens maker) and they addressed the issue speedier than I would have guessed. Top notch service all the way around! (And for my friends of Mexican heritage, they are mucho bueno!)

My family of 5 have been clients for a long time. We love how smooth the whole process is, the selection of glasses and how we are treated by the employees. My right eye is horrible and Dr. McKenzie is always extremely patient as we fine tune my prescription.
