I have shopped with Lenscrafters for more than 2 decades and I've never had a bad experience, not one time... until today. I needed a simple lens replacement in my Raybans. After what was an extremely difficult process and after having been told what it was specifically that I needed, she quoted me almost $500 ( single vision lenses ONLY), which, by the way, is more than double what I paid for my carbon fiber Raybans with mid-level progressive lenses AT THE SAME LENSCRAFTERS. When asked a question she would deflect, when expected to move on, she lingered so long that I had to ask her to please move forward, and at the end of all this I bought the SAME pair of Raybans that I already own, with lenses and the insurance coverage... still paid less than she originally quoted me for a single vision lens replacement. None of which would have eveb been possible if not for her manager, God bless him. I've also been in management for more than 20 years and dollars to donuts she's acting this way around the holidays to get fired for severance. Do not give her the satisfaction. Send her to a podunk village where the only thing for miles is a Lens crafters. Store # 550 in Penn Square mall Time: 5:15 pm Salesperson: Ricardina I spent $454.29 Unhappy customer, but still a customer. If you have please ask, this may sound bad but there's so much more to it and it is so much worse. I would just love to fill in the gaps.

Walked in with my own prescription and ordered two pairs of glasses. Nothing to complain. Service is great, and staff members are friendly and helpful.

These are the absolute nicest people. Our son got his glasses there and we have to take them in frequently because he's rough on them. They will spend 20-30 minutes cleaning and fixing the glasses and they're always incredibly patient. They always make sure the glasses fit him perfectly before we leave.

We came in to have my son's glasses repaired after the lens came loose due to a broken frame. Shelby helped us right away and fixed them perfectly without hesitation. Ricardina was also very helpful in answering our questions about insurance and warranty coverage. Both were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

I couldn't get anyone to help me with the lenses for my daughter's glasses - - they were Ray-Ban's and they were special since they were from the time that we lost my son Spencer. And I went to LensCrafters and this young man was wonderful and helped me with my lenses! Corey turned out to be the manager, but he was also so very sweet and willing to help me with this!

My glasses broke accidentally after my shift at work and it was later and I was out of options until I saw LensCrafters was open till 8 pm. I called and asked ahead of time if it was possible for a repair. I spoke with Shelby, he was very prompt, professional, and polite, informing me he would do the best he could. I arrived shortly after and he greeted me warmly and got right to work on my glasses. He fixed them with ease and actually made them fit better than they had before. I will be returning without a doubt for a new pair of glasses knowing I can count on Shelby. If you are looking for an eye appointment or a new pair of glasses I would urge you to stop by.
