BEWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE INFORMATION!!!! If you think you're using your vision insurance, they will bill medical first and disqualify you from claiming anything on vision. They caused me to not get anything covered at all. When I first walked into the office, they required me to give them a $50 payment for some services that weren't covered by my insurance. Even though I argued with them that my insurance was fully covering the visit, they required the additional procedure. When they ask for my medical insurance , I had a really bad feeling, and it really came back to bite me. Do not give them your medical insurance information! They will not fix this for me. I owe them over $200 for an exam that was supposed to be fully covered. Be careful when you going in for a routine eye exam. They will switch it to a medical exam and Bill your medical insurance without ever letting you know that's what they are doing. Then a month later you will receive a bill in the mail for 3 to 4 times what your co-pay is. Their response is it is their prerogative to do as they please when it comes to a medical exam. I realize vision insurance companies do not pay as much, but this is completely unethical. You should always let the patient know what is going on. After posting this review, I'm going to file a complaint with the board of optometry and the insurance board in the state of Oklahoma.

Very nice staff....Other than that I didn't have a good experience. Went at the end of August to get contacts before my wedding which came and went before I ever got them. My prescription was never correct and still isn't. Had to go back 3/4 times for script changes before my script was finalized, over a total of 4 months and my finalized script still isn't right......So now I will have to go else where and pay more money to get the correct prescription. Again super nice staff but that's not worth a five star rating. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did.

Dr was friendly but I was overcharged and not given option to use available insurance. They then indicated to my insurance that I was getting contacts through them which prevented me from using 1800 contacts until I called my insurance company directly. Insurance verified what I was charged had not been run through insurance. If you need a fitting I would not recommend this place

This Doctor's Office is AMAZING. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their patients. When I went into the office, I was due to get married in exactly a week and I NEEDED contacts. This was a very rushed wedding because my Grandfather was sick and expected to pass away any day. Understandably, I was going through a lot. The Doctor and their staff were just amazing. They fit me in as quickly as they could, and they worked together to figure out the closest prescription they had to my prescription in-house so that I could still have contact lenses on my big day! They are welcoming, professional, joyful, and comforting even. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone here is so awesome. Dr jones has given me some of the best care i feel I have ever gotten before. Everyone is always so welcoming when I come in. Cheyenne and Elroy are great also! Seriously, 10/10!

Update: if you've been defrauded by this place please contact the OKLAHOMA BOARD OF EXAMINERS In OPTOMETRY!!! Everyone please do this. This place is defrauding people's insurance. The public is being screwed over big time. They're double billing. Billing medical and vision for both services not to mention charging you out of pocket. ALSO CONTACT THE BBB and file a complaint!!!! By far the worst place to get glasses or contacts. Being nice doesn't make you efficient. Glasses prescription was off. Ordered contacts for a June 10th wedding in early May. Received a call after the wedding that they were in. Most places get your contacts in 5-7days not months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Dr. Jones and her staff made me feel so confident about my vision exam. I've never felt so taken care of! It's a small, private business so every patient truly matters to them. The staff is friendly and answered all of my questions.

Knowledgeable, personable, and friendly staff that treat you professionally and yet still relaxed enough to laugh with you. Concerns about my eye health were communicated well and next steps for tx were also. I really enjoyed my experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Will definitely be coming back each year for my annual eye exams. Thx for the awesome experience guys
