Had a recent visit with Dr. Sattiewhite Walter, and had a fantastic experience! The visit was incredibly thorough, and the optometrist took the time to help me find the perfect glasses. They have a wide selection of frames, and the staff is super friendly and well-organized. The office is clean and welcoming, making the entire visit pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Had the most wonderful experience here. The staff were all polite and accommodating. The doctor was very patient and took her time...I didn't feel rushed or like a number...I highly recommend!!!

Beautiful office! Warmly checked in at the receptionist desk! Received invitation to look at glasses while waiting. Ophthalmologist assistant is friendly! Dr. Patrina is personable, professional, and upbeat! She also helped with selecting a pair of stylish frames! I'm thoroughly pleased with the entire process and experience!

Love both pairs of my glasses.This was the first time I have ever been able to get the changing lenses and I love them. There was a bit of a wait but well worth it. The doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful with me and I wish that all people would be nicer and more patient with these ladies bcuz they do a wonderful job and are very helpful. Thank you so much Dr. Patrina and staff you are awesome .

I want to share my disappointing experience. If you want to replace lenses in your own frames, you are required to sign a form stating you'll be responsible for any damage that occurs when they're sent to the lab. Unfortunately, when I received my glasses back, the frames were damaged -- something the front desk staff didn't even notice until I pointed it out. No one took responsibility. I had already paid $565 just to have my lenses replaced, only to end up with damaged frames. It took three business days before I received a call back, and I was simply told the doctor said I could schedule another appointment to get fitted for new frames if I purchased them from her office -- at an additional cost. While insurance would cover a portion of the new frames, I would still be paying out of pocket for the appointment and new lenses. Overall, I felt unsupported and left paying a high price with no resolution. I would caution others to be aware of this policy and the potential risks before trusting this office with your glasses.

I have been a patient for over ten years, and the entire staff has consistently been professional and courteous. Whether I need glasses or contact lenses, I know I'm receiving the highest quality care and trustworthy advice.

10 out of 10, absolutely would recommend! Dr. Patrina's office is beautiful, smells good, has great hand soap, and is so chic, quaint, and welcoming. However, the thing that set the precedent for the entire visit was the sweet young lady at the front desk. She was honestly so sweet and caring. The doctor was informative and knowledgeable and I appreciate that more than anything. I will be back!
