As a patient preparing for lasik, this was a new experience with a new company. Lucy at the front desk appeared bothered by questions, responding coyly, and insensitive at times. Typically, the person operating the front desk is the first impression of the business and how you will be treated as a patient. Fortunately, the first impression would have been wrong. Dr. Britton was hands down nothing short of amazing, he explained every step as it was happening during the procedure!! Valerie and the other surgical staff were professional, kind, and helped make me feel safe.

Life changing experience! The lens replacement has provided a better quality of life for me. 2 1/2 months post op and my eyes are getting better every day. I just reduced the font size on my outlook account, never thought I would do that again. Very pleased with this surgery.

My experience at NJoy was wonderful. The staff were very professional and friendly. The outcome, however, has been very disappointing. I had a procedure for cataract removal and decided to go with Light Adjustable Lens replacement - a very expensive choice. Overall, my vision is improved with one eye adjusted to see at distance and the other for near. The major issue I have is with light. Be it glare, halo, shadowing, but also limited vision in dark areas like restaurants - these are all very frustrating and challenging.

The front desk person was very unfriendly and almost rude at times, like it was a bother for us to be in her space. From the perspective of the patient's driver/mom, it was a horrible experience. Hardly any communication and what there was was short and uncaring.
Patient was told to be there at 1:45 and then the Dr was late. Patient was taken back about 1.5 hours later and absolutely no updates about the delay. She was the last patient and a nurse finally came out and gave an update, she was nice and caring.
The patient experience was very positive. She was kept informed and updated the entire time. Seems to be a communication breakdown between the front and back of the office.

Couldn't recommend this place enough! I was very anxious about doing lasik but the staff was so helpful and walked me through every step. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I woke up the day after surgery able to see! 10/10 recommend!

The light was turned on! Everything is bright and beautiful! I can see perfectly without glasses to drive, phone and watch TV. On a computer I do wear reading glasses but they're the lowest lenses I haven't used in years!, I did not want the bi-focal. Amazing technology, Thank you!
