The doctor was fine, but the front office staff needs some serious work! Both times I went in (one for the appt and a second time to pick up my contacts) the lady working the desk was frigid and unfriendly. She barely said three words to me, and when I asked for a glasses case for my kid, she didn't say a word, but went to grab one and handed it to me. Never offered to let me choose one, and the ugly one she gave me didn't even fit my daughter's glasses. Definitely considering a different doctor just because of the unpleasant atmosphere in the office.

Dr Lyons is great! However, I've been going here for five years and for the most part, I've got to agree that the front desk staff are not very friendly. I've felt that either they don't care, or they don't care for me! I keep going because I do like the doctor, that is why I gave four stars, for him- but can't give five because of the office staff.

By far, the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I had an appointment and still had to wait more than an hour to be seen. Also, the wait between being seen by the assistant and the doctor was over half an hour. To make matters worse, I was billed incorrectly and that problem has yet to be resolved. They continue to give me the runaround, claiming they can't fix it. Avoid like the plague.

The office staff is horrible.. I called to get my daughter fitted for contacts, the lady told me sooner care doesn't cover that.. umm u didn't asked me who my insurance provider was, as soon as she found out it was bc/bs through tinker she was much more willing to help me..

Ive never been to the eye doctor before and I just wanted some information about what I needed to do and pay to get my eyes checked out, the doctor and front counter lady looked at me like I was stupid and didnt understand what I was saying, they were not helpful and made me feel uncomfortable I dont know if it was because im a black male with dread locks or if they are just strait bitches and rude if you dont believe me go in there yourself and see im just being honest.
