I've NEVER tried contact lenses before in my life and I wanted to wear them for my wedding. I believe I stayed with them for HOURS trying to get them in and out for the first time. I was so frustrated and embarrassed with myself but the ladies and the doctor were so kind/patient with me and very supportive. So I thank you them from the bottom of my heart.

Good experience. For a shopping center and franchise store experience, my husband was very happy with his eye exam with Dr. Chase Vervack at this location the staff were efficient and courteous. The store was clean and tidy and well thought out. I accompanied him and the wheelchair accessibility is OUTSTANDING! 5's for this store AND ALL THE STORE FRONTS... Along this particular shopping center. Ease of use of doors( they are extremely lightweight ) LOW DOOR JAMS, and wonderful handicapped accessible ramps EVERYWHERE

Milan is very professional and attentive to the customers needs . She is very knowledgeable and can multitask when fulfilling eyeglass orders . I had my son glasses made and needed 2 pairs Milan exceeded my expectations and troubleshooted to have them finished in record time. She is an asset to Pearl Vision and very pleasant to work with as well .

Ceilings are moldy, general environment dirty, waited 30+ minutes for the Optometrist to finish up a personal conversation before my exam. The lenses they use are cheap and are designed in a way that allows smudging for cost savings and they'll try to up-sell you on lens warranties to replace their low quality lenses.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but as a person who relies heavily on them, I feel it's an obligation considering my experience. I needed glasses ASAP and because of that I was looking for a clinic that could get me a pair on the same day. They told me depending on my prescription it could be done same day... no mention of the fact that their machine was "down" until I was handing over payment. Right. So I bought their overpriced glasses anyway expecting to wait forever. Because of that I took my prescription to Zenni and ordered a pair that got here quickly. I input his prescription and checked it multiple times for accuracy. Boy oh boy. That script was so off. I was getting headaches and doing my best to adjust to the new lenses until I finally accepted that it's simply not the prescription for me. All in all, waste of time. Bad experience. Overpriced, and I sense a little bit of dishonesty. I'll stick to my local optometrist who's never gotten my script wrong in the past and operates with complete honesty and kindness. Anyway, choose this provider with caution.

Doctor is good but glasses quality is terrible. 1st visit- I paid for the extras to be put onto the lenses. They almost let me walk out the door with basic lenses plus heat stress cracks. I was the one who found they missed anti glare and the cracks. It was obvious anti glare was missing and cracks. Had to wait for the right lenses to be ordered again. 2nd visit- gave me the right lenses but again heat stress cracks not only directly where I see but around the edges of the lenses. I paid hundreds of dollars for these. I only buy 1 pair a year and I'm never buying from here again. Zinni will be having my business from now on. Now I have to go back and get a refund. I live too far in the country to keep going back for their mistakes.

My wife had an issue flare up in her eye close to the end of the day, & they were willing to get us in on short notice to get her looked at before they closed. They also got us in for a follow up the following morning to ensure everything was taken care of & on the right track. Very appreciative of the entire staff for taking care of us!
