Pearle Vision

We love coming to Pearle Vision! Dr. Clayborne is absolutely amazing -- super knowledgeable, patient, and always makes the eye exam feel easy and comfortable. And shoutout to Amber and Bell, the techs who make the whole experience fun from start to finish! They're so friendly, helpful, and great at helping us pick out the perfect glasses. My whole family goes here, and even my kids actually look forward to their appointments (which says a lot)! It's like visiting friends who also happen to take great care of your eyes. We're always laughing and having a good time -- they make what could be a boring chore something we genuinely enjoy. Highly recommend Pearle Vision if you want great care, great people, and great vibes.

Didn't like the way reception recieved me. No greeting wanted to charge copay without even explaining why when my insurance is zero copay. This lady needs to do better. Seriously get a job you like and be happy specially when your a front desk greeter and receptionist

I'm still giving 5 stars because Dr. Claborn and the rest of the staff--especially the frame team and his nurse--are fantastic. The only downside is the young lady at the front desk, who can come off a bit sassy and unwelcoming. A warmer check-in would make the visit even better.

Sorry Dr, I will need to go somewhere else. Took 4 attempts to get my prescription. I ordered trial contacts, they never showed up. I paid a big copay with insurance after she tried to get $150 from me to start. I don't appreciate being lied to and not getting the eye care I deserve. I liked you Dr, but this is out of hand. Bye

I don't write reviews ever. I was compelled however after my appointment this afternoon. Brought my 5 year old daughter with me and I expected a staff that "tolerates" I get at most appointments most of the time. The team at this location was amazing. They did a great job with my eye exam but they were absolutely FANTASTIC with my daughter. First, I can't say enough wonderful things about a young lady named Isabella that works there. She treated my daughter like a little sister. Made every second of the appointment fun for her. Keep in mind my daughter is "high energy" and constantly moves, talks and would climb the walls if she could. Isabella engaged her at her level. She spoke and played and explained things to her and even helped me keep her behavior in line when I was doing the exams without being the least bit negative. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. My daughter and I did not interact with the rest of the staff as much as Isabella but I can tell you when we did each one was equally as kind ingratiating, upbeat and helpful. If you have children take them here if the appointment is for them or yourself. Kudos to this team, this location and whoever was responsible for putting them together so my daughter and I could have this experience this afternoon. Thank you if any of you are reading this review right now .

Great staff and doctors but when it comes to them contacting you to pick up contacts or glasses you have to constantly call for updates. No contact made on their end and they just blame their system each time.

I have been coming here for the last two years and this place is great. Susie is awesome. Very sweet spoken and was very kind. Cool person to talk to. Bell was very sweet also. Love the energy that she gives off! These girls give great energy here.
