Mr Brett on 5123 N Portland is an extraordinarily skilled optician with such kindness. I asked 6 other stores none could repair my special sunglasses. Mr Brett did it in 5 mins. The professionalism and dedication to make sure my kids and I where taken care off when above and beyond My son had broken his glasses and the store where we bought them couldn't fix them, we went to Precision Optical and they were fixed the same day at no cost. I even sent my Autistic kid in to get her glasses taken care and adjusted. He's patient and support to meet all her eye needs are remarkably strong. my mother has been a customer here for years and years, and really loved the place. one of the lenses fell out of my mother's glasses. I took them up to precision optical to see if they could put the lens back in. There was another customer already there my problem is if the man would've just looked at me and said sir, I'll be with you shortly. That would've been outstanding, but he just completely ignored me I was not only offended. I was hurt on behalf of my mother. I am Hispanic he probably would've known my mom if I had ever got a chance to mention her name. I'm not claiming racism but the man sure didn't like me. I finally got the bright idea to go to the place where I buy my glasses at Forester vision the optical people there are professional and have treated me right over the years. They were happy to fix my moms glasses even though she didn't buy them there. I tried to explain to my mother what happened but she never understood she was just happy to get her glasses fixed.

Precision Optical is fantastic. I have a very strong prescription and have had costly and disappointing results at national chain stores. I am so happy with my new glasses, at 60 my vision is now better than I've experienced in several years. Brett is obviously highly knowledgeable and took time to explain all the pros and cons of different materials, and the role that different shapes and sizes of frames would factor into the weight and thickness of the final product.

This guy is the absolute best!!! Forget the big guys who go the cheap route and over charge you..his attention to detail is simply unmatched..what a value!!!
