My siblings and I take turns bringing our dad to his appointments, and this time it was my turn for his visit with Dr. Bogie. While the front desk staff was welcoming, it was the technician, Destiny, who truly made this experience stand out. From the moment she called my dad back, she greeted him with a warm, genuine smile. My dad can be a little moody during appointments.. they're never easy for him but Destiny met him with patience, kindness, and genuine care. She listened attentively, treated him like a person rather than just another patient, answered all of his questions with positivity, and even managed to make both of us laugh on more than one occasion. Seeing my dad relax and smile made this visit feel like more than just a doctor's appointment.. it felt human and that's so rare. As we were leaving, my dad said, "Can we request her every time?" and that meant everything to me, especially knowing how he usually is during appointments. Dr. Bogie was wonderful as always. Thorough, kind, and incredibly attentive. She took her time and explained everything clearly. I can't praise this team enough!

Dr. Bogie squeezed in an appointment for my husband after he was released from the hospital and being diagnosed with shingles on his face and eye lid. She was very informative, helpful and professional. On the way to her office we were running late and also found out that our credit card was hacked and shut down. When we arrived I explained our money situation. The staff was very kind, compassionate and understanding!! We didn't have enough cash to pay for the visit so they let us write a check. The bill was very reasonable and affordable. I definitely recommend this Precision Vision Office.

Please read this before you make an appointment with this office. I guess I knew better than to actually believe these people. I searched Precision Eye Care at the intersection of North Portland and Northwest 50th in Oklahoma City. I called the number that Google provided, and the friendly lady scheduled an appointment for me. What I did not know is I had actually reached a different office / business with the same name on the same street. But apparently this office has multiple names. As I was scheduling my appointment, I was surprised when I was told I did not need my vision insurance that they would be using my medical insurance since it was just an eye exam. I'm new to Oklahoma and thought this strange. So, fast forward to the day of my appointment, I'm the first appointment of the day, I'm sitting in the parking lot of where I thought I had scheduled the appointment, as the time approaches I realize that they're not opening until later, I look closer at my email notification and see a different address. So I drive there nearby. I'm greeted by friendly ladies at the counter. I explain what has happened they say yes people get them confused all the time. I then express my concern about medical insurance versus my vision insurance. And asked if they're certain. Which they replied you will not receive a bill this will cover everything. I even went so far to say "you promise". And they again verbally confirmed that there would be no balance due. So next, is not as important to me, However I was taken to the exam room. I explained that I could not accept dilation. And then I waited nearly 45 minutes for Dr Bogie. Of course waiting that long after deliberately trying to make an early morning appointment so that I could be at work in a timely manner, I had to try to conceal my irritation at having to wait such a long time. She did address it, by saying most people get dilation so she was schedule so the dilation had time to take effect. I thought to myself well that's inconsiderate you should ask that first. I'm hypersensitive to dilation, I would have been unable to work all day. Back to the real anger. Yesterday, I received a statement for $191 for an eye exam, nothing else. As a matter of fact, one of the shortest exams I've ever had. I have to pay this horrible place 191.00. By the way I did hear them say as I was leaving that day that they will be changing their name to something else they seem to have a variety of names. This may be how they scam people. Please, move along to the next office and be more diligent than I was.

staff was polite and courteous. I had a good experience with them, they deserve 5 stars. HOWEVER, when I got an exam done, I was told I owed nothing at the time, they will bill me for what the insurance did not cover, no problem, at least that's what I thought. 3 months later, I get the bill, and with it, there is a letter, they are threatening to send my account to a collection agency if I don't pay within 15 days from the noted date of the letter. I received the letter in the mail on day 15. Note, this is the 1st bill I got, I had not received any previous bill, nor a phone call saying I owed.

While Dr. Bogie was pleasant and the examination and consultation was thorough, I have not heard a word from them concerning my evaluation. Exam was performed on December 11, 2023. It is now May 3, 2024. I spoke with the front desk person who gave me another number to call. I left a message with that person two months ago. No response. Will not go there again.

I really like this eye center! Staff is always so kind and sends me updates so I never forget an appointment. Dr Bogie himself has always helped me when I had an eye problem and I highly trust and recommend him! Thank you staff and Dr. Bogie.

Bogie Eye Care has always been there for me, I have had more than one occasion where I needed an immediate appointment and I have never been disappointed. Dr. Charles Bogie is very knowledgeable and shows a genuine concern for my health and vision concerns. Two Thumbs Up for Bogie Eye Care!

My visit was punctual and professional. Dr Bogie took his time to explain the diagnosis in laymen terms for my understanding. I was having trouble getting my prescription but he's taking the extra time to communicate with the insurance and pharmacy. He treats his patients with concern and respect in answering questions and addressing problems. I recommend him to my family, friends, and acquaintances!
