If you like waiting in an office for 2.5 hours for an appointment....then be my guest and experience the wait!!! I actually had to open the door and say hello to see if they forgot about me. My appointment was at 2 and I did not leave until 4:40!!!!! They sent me a review. Of course I stated my complaint and wanted to be contacted. Silence! Have never heard from them. They have several locations. I went to the location off of Memorial. I honestly DO NOT SUGGEST this location! Also, it's EXTREMELY irritating when they can't give you an estimated cost at the beginning or the end of the appointment. I work in the health field and we always give an estimated cost of the procedure to ALL of our patients. The lady at the desk literally had no clue what I was asking. Of course she was on her personal phone and didn't want to be bothered. This place needs to hire an actual OFFICE MANAGER that can get this office running efficiently! I will never EVER recommend this establishment!

We followed Dr. Shah here who is absolutely amazing! We've had some hiccups with insurance and Audrey and Donna have gone above and beyond to help us and support us. We couldn't imagine a better place to receive care then here! ALL of Dr. Shah's team is amazing and caring. We can't thank you enough for everything you do for us. You are a blessing!

Don't go here. Dr.Shah was short and rude when talking to me. He rushed me in and out of there. He wasn't doing me a favor...I'm paying for this visit. Find someone else if you want a caring Dr. The girl who brought me back was wonderful and kind after that my appointment was awful. I won't be going back here again.

He is professional, precise, knowledgeable, and provided me with the information I needed to understand treatment and recovery period. I don't know why my son's name comes up on this. My name is Roberta Ruehlen and my mother and I have been Dr. Scott's patients for at least 3 years combined. We are both very happy with him. He is kind, gentle and explains everything willingly and completely. The best compliment to him is that his staff has been with him for years. That doesn't happen with just and ordinary doctor. From the very first visit, it was obvious that his staff cares about the patients. My mother and I are very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Scott.

Dr. Shah was rude, disengaged and hectic with me. He had no tact and told be if something is not done your blind. Also, told be I'll only get about 70 percent of my vision back in one eye. He was wrong, I went to another retina specialist who gave me back full vision. He was also rude to my wife, after that we left. Told him not to talk that way to my wife, told him we will go somewhere where we are respected. His tall officer manager, young lady was rude also. She is there to defend her doctors, not the patients. I would never step back in there again!
