They were able to fit me in right away. Dr Patel and staff were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Patel is from the area and I could tell he knows and cares for the community. He kindly guided me through the experience of where my vision is, and where it could be, then discussed options to make custom recommendations for my needs. It felt more like service than sales. Great staff, and very knowledgeable. They got my daughter in last minute for an eye exam and made her feel very comfortable. I went ahead and booked an appointment for myself and had a great experience. I found my new eye doctor for sure.

Great office! The doctor and his assistant were friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt like I got a thorough exam. They seemed to have a great selection of glasses too.

My visit was my very first time going to an optometrist, so I didn't have any crazy expectations. But if I would have had expectations of being crazy walking in they met everything that I could have hoped for. I'm from the time I walked in the door to the time I left the team was so good. Very thorough answered all of my questions and then some I love the attention to detail and they made me feel very comfortable with even general conversation. That's really hard in the customer service industry. I would recommend the eye experience to anyone whether they are getting their first exam or regular checkups. My daughter needed an eye exam asap. The doctor was super helpful, he got us in the first appointment available. The eye exam experience for my daughter went smoothly and affordable. She was able to try great looking glasses on and the doctor was able to add glasses with her prescription the same day. Absolutely incredible. I totally recommend this Eye Experience.

Dr. Patel and his staff is wonderful. They've been taking care of our whole family and every visit is a great experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they're wonderful with both kids and adults. Exams are thorough, they take time to explain everything, and we never feel rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients!
