Dr. Gittens is fantastic! He made me feel completely comfortable and answered all my questions in detail. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making the entire visit smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Gittens to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor.

Dr Gittens cares for his patients. Aside from being a great guy and one heck of a legendary high school and college wrestler, he is an excellent optometrist. He was the first eye Dr that found a mole on my retina, a potentially serious condition if the mole were to grow, but most recently I started having blurred vision over the weekend and seeing sparks and light flashes and Dr Gittens got me in immediately to show me what I feared was the issue. It turned out I had 2 significant tears in my right retina and 1 tear in my left eye, he and his staff immediately got me into a retina specialist and the retina Dr knew Dr Gittens and said if I'd waited another couple days it would have completely detached and that's a whole different kind of surgery. I may still have to have it if the laser surgery doesn't hold but I'm grateful to Dr Gittens and his staff for their quick action and caring about their patients in such a high manner. I think I left his office at almost 6pm and I believe this is far past his usual appt times but he did what was needed for my well being. If you are searching for a fantastic optometrist then Dr Gittens is the one for you.

I have been using Dr. Gittens's for a while now. This visit was my husband first visit.He has been having some trouble getting other doctors to understand what was going on. We went yesterday to pick up his new glasses and I don't think I've ever seen him as happy as he was.I also picked up my new contacts and to say the least it has been difficult to get contacts that will work on my astigmatism, but Dr. Gittins did not give up. He has ordered so many different sets to see what would work. I don't think I have ever had as many test done at an eye doctor visit in my life , he does not give up. He's very patient. I now have contacts that fit. He and his whole staff are wonderful to work with and be around. I would suggest anybody that has any kind of problem or just needs an eye doctor to go to Dr. Gittens clinic. He will definitely always be our doctor for our eyes. Since we are getting older as we all do, don't hesitate to go in and have him take care of your eyes

Dr. Gittens is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. My vision is difficult to fit but he spends the extra time and care necessary to fit me with the exact contacts I need. I highly recommend him to all of my friends!

Only doc I've found that has taken the time to fit me for scleral lenses that actually work...really nice down to earth guy also.

I have been going to Dr Gittens for over 20 years. He and his entire staff are great. Now, my whole family goes because he is the best. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Went to pick my warranty glasses up to find they only ordered lenses when that's was not the issue. The guy took my glasses to the back to tighten the frame and scratched my lenses and then come back like it was already there. Shady, then going to says if you have issues with your lenses come back. I promise I will not be back
