Trent J. Pitt, O.D.

I honestly don't get why he has a couple of two-star reviews. I've been seeing him for nearly a decade, and he's always been nothing but professional. He's excellent at diagnosing and treating issues, often going beyond what a typical ophthalmologist would do. Plus, his team is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind.

Beautiful office, very clean and modern! Friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff! It was so easy to schedule my appointment, even with my busy schedule! They take my vision insurance and filed everything for me, it was so easy and I could focus on picking out exactly what I wanted! During my eye exam, my eye health was explained to me by Dr. Pitt -which was helpful! I was able to purchase my contacts and even set it up to have them shipped to my house. They have a huge variety of frames to pick from! The whole process was actually fun!! I'd recommend this Vision Center to everyone!!

This review is about the Office. Dr Pitt gave me an incorrect prescription and the eye glases section told me if I had ANY issues with it, the lenses could be changed. THAT WAS A LIE !!! They claim a 1 year warranty but don't tell you the fine print. All about making money by lying to the customer.. The 1 year warranty doesn't cover a incorrect prescription it only covers scratches.. I will now find another Optometrist since I can no longer do business with a Dr that condones this type of business.

Idk what the two 1-star reviews were about, but I've been going here for years. Dr. Pitt is very thorough and explains to you in depth what's happening or not happening. 10/10 recommend him and his staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their techs flat out lied to me in regards to a service I wanted to refuse and they told me I couldn't get an exam unless I had the service e in question done. They guaranteed me it would be covered by my insurance and I was told I had to have it done in order to get my eye exam.i later got a bill from the provider for the service that their techs guaranteed was covered by my insurance. Don't ever go here! They lie through their teeth to make money.

Do not recommend this place.

Me and my family love this office. Dr. Pitt is the best!
