I found Dr.Thomas to be very compassionate and helpful. He was thorough and personable. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. My daughter recommended the practice and I feel like I've found one of the best Optometrists in OKC.

If I could give this place 10 stars. I would. I now understand why this place is 5 stars. The front desk ladies are fantastic, but I've never been to a more thorough eye doctor. He is absolutely fantastic. He took his time and was so extremely patient with me while finding the right contacts for vision and comfort. I've been in bad contacts for a year from a doctor who told me "maybe contacts aren't for you" to being in contacts that are just as good as my glasses. He is extremely personable. I will never go anywhere else, and I'll forever recommend him to everyone. Trust these 5 stars!!! They are NOT provoked, and I was offered nothing for my Google review. (You all know those places that do that!)

All the staff is friendly and welcoming. They always take great care of you efficiently and professionally. I have attempted to wear contacts several times but never found the right fit until Dr. Thomas helped me out! I have recommended multiple friends to check them out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for about three years. Always a positive experience when I visit Dr Reuben Thomas's office. I feel confident knowing the health of my eyes and if there are any conditions I need to be aware of after an exam. The front desk staff are always very kind and helpful. Insurance, billing, and selecting glasses frames are their expertise. Grateful they are so convenient to access.

Since moving to Oklahoma in 2023, I've been to three different eye doctors' offices. So I am making my comparison based on my experience at this one (Urban Optics) and Dean McGee Eye Institute in downtown Okc and Total Optics in Yukon. My best experience is with Urban Optics. They have an excellent Optometrist. He is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and just so friendly. He will find you the very best prescription needed for your daily life. He does that by being patient and confirming how well you can see and read the letters. Also Urban Optics prices for frames (generic and name brand) are lower compare to the other two offices. The average price is about $50 lower for top name brand frames. I really wish I went to them last year. They are truly there to help you and not make a buc. Go to Urban Optics!!!! Dr Thomas will not disappoint you!!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Thomas & his office! I've been coming here for several years, even after moving 30 minutes away, because the care is just that good. The doctor is very easy-going, personable, and professional, and always takes the time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient, and the office itself is always clean with a warm atmosphere. I truly trust my eye care here and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have had great exams and quality eye care for all the years I have been seeing Dr Thomas. The selection of frames is fabulous! Staff is caring and thorough.
