I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Hitesh Kayastha at Variety Care for the excellent dental care he provided to my mother. He was very compassionate, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain her condition and treatment options in a way we could easily understand, which gave us great peace of mind. He truly showed genuine care and respect toward her. I also want to especially recognize Dr. Morrison, who treated my mother initially. She was absolutely wonderful -- very mindful, kind, and attentive. Her gentle approach and warm personality made my mother feel comfortable and reassured right away. She is truly an exceptional doctor. The entire staff at Variety Care was friendly, supportive, and welcoming. Recently had a womans wellness exam. Dr. Bowen was great! She made me feel comfortable, addressed all of my concerns, and sent out a referral super fast! I was in and out no long wait. The facility was clean and all staff I encountered were helpful.

About five weeks ago. My niece who has the am better insurance and uses a Dr. Jacqueline Norris as her physician had an incident and ended up in the emergency room.. She was in the hospital for three days and then was released. That following Wednesday, I had to assist my niece and getting into a detox. I had tried on several occasions to contact her primary care doctor North. With no luck. Didn't matter how many times I called that doctor not one time ever returned my phone call in regards to her patient. My niece got out of detox this past Friday. I contacted her primary care doctor North to follow up on her test results from her last visit and what kind of care plan we needed to go forward at this point. Dr. Norris was supposed to contact the detox, nurses and doctors with the results that never did so I did on Friday when I picked her up. I have yet to hear from this doctor. She still has not followed Up. no matter how many times I called to try and speak to her about my nieces health and plan of recovery. I cannot get a response. My niece called several times and she can't even get a response from this doctor. Then I find out today that this doctor is a government paid physician. Now it all makes sense. But not caring. The lack of responding. Obama care and it's finest. Thank you, Dr. Norris. You are such a freaking star. For the government honey

I had an excellent experience at Variety Care. Dr. Macy Bowen, from the gynecology department, was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. Nurse Mayra was incredibly caring, attentive, and compassionate. In addition, all the staff were friendly, respectful, and attentive, making my visit a very positive experience. I truly felt listened to and well cared for. Thank you for such professional and compassionate care.

I've been with Variety care since 2015 when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. They were able to get me in as soon as I left the icu. And have been amazing since. They provided me help and education about my diabetes from the start and still continuing too.

Sherilyn in the Wic office is a complete delight and just seems like someone you have known forever. I always enjoy our appointments because of her and the lady with glass and short hair in the front. They have been there forever and always welcome with a big hello and smile. Please don't retire ladies! Y'all are real gems.

I really love the staff here at Variety Care Straka Terrace. I was new to OKC & I had no idea about anyone in the area but I got really lucky when I chose Dr. Andrea Smith as my PCP. I actually have my OBGYN Dr Gardner, my psychiatrist Dr Foote & therapist Dr Lamoso through Variety care as well & I genuinely love them all. I am really happy with the care team I have. Everyone is respectful of my pronouns, they call me by my preferred name & not my government name as requested & that is very important to me. They make me feel heard when I come in to see them & I always have a great visit. Whatever I come in to be seen for it's taken care of. When I schedule a follow up after being seen in the ER she speaks to me in a way I can understand & being autistic sometimes I need some extra help with needing things explained to me & she's always so patient with me & makes sure I understand everything before I leave the office. I never wait long once I'm called to the back & Dr Smith really listens to me. I never feel rushed during my appointment & she takes care of everything I need her to. When I need a referral to another doctor she takes care of it same day & I never have to wait a long time to hear back from the doctor she referred me to. I'm just overly satisfied with everyone at Variety Care & of course if I ever needed to, I'd most definitely tell my friends or family to come see Dr Smith as their PCP.

I'm really happy with my new primary care provider Dr.Le. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand my care plan. He truly listens, is very professional, and I really appreciate how quickly I get my test results back. It's refreshing to have a doctor who cares and communicates so well! Thank you!
