A'Myah was so incredibly helpful today. I came in looking for a pair of glasses, but I have a fairly specific set of needs when it comes to frames and lenses, so I've been dreading getting a new pair. She gave me space to browse, walked me through exactly what my insurance would cover, and helped me walk out with an order for new glasses. I was impressed with the frame selection and customer service, and I'll definitely come back when I need new ones.

I got some prescription sunglasses from them 3-4 years ago and recently the arm broke off from the frames. Since the style has been discontinued for awhile, I had to find new frames on ebay.
I was having trouble getting the lenses to "pop in" to the new frames and had a few other people try also. I came back to see if they could help me.
Lori was extremely friendly and helpful and in less than a minute had the lenses switched to my newer frames, no charge!
I'll definitely be coming back here next time I need prescription glasses!

I would like to call out "Optical Specialist Lead" Sabrina McIntyre for her outstanding help. (This was at the Quail Springs store.) Admittedly the store was not busy at the time, but still, after we described what we were after she guided each of us to the perfect pair of glasses, sometimes reaching down into a drawer below the display cases to get the right size. She also made careful measurements of where our pupils are positioned relative to each lens using a little machine and, additionally, a small ruler. (I appreciate her precision - at 70, I can use all the help I can get to see anything at all!) On top of all that she has an easy-going, pleasant personality. She makes a real difference in shopping for eyeglasses and making sure you get what you really want.

This was a great experience, from the start to finish in your Quail Springs Mall store. I went in not knowing for sure if they would accept my insurance. They took time to check to fine out that they could. Amyah explained the process and show me my options very clearly. Then worked with me to get the glasses that I like. Afterward help me to get the right supplies to keep them looking good. Thanks to her. When my glasses came in they contacted me and I went in and met Lori she continue the outstanding service. I left with two great pair of glasses and a great fit. Thanks for all you all do. Everyone in the store was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
