I love Dr. Plank and the staff at Visual Eyes! I have seen Dr. Plank for years, and he has always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! He obviously cares about his patients, and listens attentively to what I say. The staff members are fun and always polite when I've spoken with them whether on the phone or in person. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Plank is awesome! Spends time with you and helps you understand what is happening with your vision. I've worn glasses for almost ten years and have never had an eye dr take the time that Dr Plank did. He was also able to really fix my issues when no one else could. Dr. Plank is a wonderful doctor who totally knows what he is doing. My eyesight has improved and I am thrilled with the surgery I had done by Dr. Edward Jones who was referred by Dr. Plank. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Plank. He takes the time to perform a thorough examination and answer all the questions you may have. I've been to Optometrists that seem courteous, but leave you with the impression that they just want to sell you new glasses or contacts. Dr. Plank will sell you glasses if you need them, but his focus is the health of your eyes and making sure you understand any changes your eyes may be going through. I have only been going to Dr. Plank for a few years now, but my wife and kids have been going there for twenty plus years and they too have been very pleased with the care.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have a Keratoconus and Retinitis Pigmentosa so I am a "difficult" case to treat. My appointments are never rushed and Dr. Plank genuinely cares about making sure I see my best. I am so thankful for Dr. Plank and his wonderful staff.
