Walmart Vision & Glasses

First pair of rx glasses from Walmart! Truly surprised by the knowledge staff. I wasn't expecting much. What happened was Karry, a professional who has worked with prescription glasses throughout her career, help me select the right frames and lens material for my new script. They had a good selection of name brands, at not terrible prices. Whatever you order, it is completed in an off-site lab and they let you know when they are ready for pick up. I'm impressed, so far. We'll see how the pick up trip goes.

I usually dont leave reviews ( i forget to honestly) , and its been almsot a month since ive had my glasses, with that being said The Customer Service is One of the best I've experienced, super friendly, and very helpful! It'd be scary what they could if insurance wasn't such a pain! They deserve 5/5 truly.

I had a great experience. I work for an out of state company and have an insurance that almost no one else in the state has. Since Walmart is a national chain they accept my insurance. Jimmy Bailey and Kerry performed some excellent tag team work helping me find a pair that I liked and then figuring out the insurance and just provided an excellent customer service. I am very happy with my visit and can't praise the team enough. They were very helpful and kind.

This is my first Google review. But I really enjoyed my visit at this location and had to share. From the time I walked in until check out, I feel taken care of. There was no pressure to buy anything like it is at my doctors office. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions I had they were able to answer. I was worried my vision insurance would be confusing but they helped with that as well. It was a fast turn around on getting my glasses. It only took 1 week. Now I have my new glasses and have gotten several compliments. I heard they are looking for a doctor so when they do I will go there for all of it. I will definitely be back!

Got a new pair of glasses today and Karry made the whole process easy. She helped me narrow down the styles, gave honest feedback, and didn't rush me at all. I ended up with a pair I actually like, and her help made a big difference. Would definitely go back.
