Dr. Reynolds is awesome, so no reflection on her. I mistakenly noted the wrong time of my appointment today at 1p and it was 11a. That was my fault entirely. Due to a daily prescription I take, my main Dr. Urged me to get my eyes tested ASAP due to side effects. Dr. Reynolds now can do the testing I need and she had mentioned it.
I understand missed appointments are inconvenient, but when she called me at 11:30 her tone was rude and there was no concern to try and get me in sooner than July given my situation.
I'll have to look for another Dr. knowing that it will take awhile to get in, but if that's the way the staff deals with patients, no thanks.
