Loving Eyecare

I arrived Friday morning hoping for a walk in appointment but had to schedule an appointment for the following Friday. Which I understand. But when I showed up for my appointment. I was told I was in there system but no appointment and they could not get me in. I will go somewhere that I get seen the first visit.

Great experience here with Dr. Loving. Attentive and thorough. Nice "bedside manner". I would recommend.

Excellent eye care from professional, friendly, caring people. Very good communications and explanations on all apects of patient eye conditions and treatments.

My husband & I had eye exams in August. After our exams we went next door to order our glasses. During that consult, we realized contacts would be great to have as well. So we walked back over to this establishment and paid for the contact fitting and contact appointment. At the conclusion of this visit we paid for and ordered contacts. A week later, I drove the 45 minutes to this office to pick up glasses (next door) and see about the contacts we ordered. We were told they had shipped but were not in yet. To come back in 7-10 days. I had asked about them shipping to our home, but since they had already shipped, we could not change the course. I called today, September 12th, and was told that the contacts were not ever ordered. There is no existence of us ever ordering them (other than our own personal receipts). Instead of re-ordering our contacts which have already been paid for, they told us we would have to pay again. Seems like no one in this office has a clue about their patients or what they are telling anyone. I would not recommend this place unless you want to pay twice in order to get your contacts. Eye mart express next door is wonderful though.

They refused us service. There was 3 heavy set ladies at the desk yawning saying they can't get us in. Unbelievable. I will NEVER come here again. We drove along way to be told no.

I ABSOLUTELY love this Dr! Paul Loving OD is such a good guy for any of you that have sensitive eyes. He's the only Dr. I will let get close to my eyes. He makes the exam very easy. His staff are awesome too.

Today was my first visit to Loving Eyecare. The staff were friendly and professional. But I was most impressed with Dr. Bradley Cobb. I found him to be caring and personable. With an easy going demeanor that made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was grateful he took the time to explain findings to my left eye that no other eye professional cared to share with me. Loving Eyecare will be my first choice for future eye service needs. Thanks to Dr. Cobb.

I have been going to the eye doctor since I was nine months old and Dr. Loving and his staff are the best that I have ever come across. They're amazingly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff was very welcoming and prompt. Dr. Loving took the time to explain everything in terms that I could understand and went above and beyond to ensure that I left happily with the right contact lenses. Top notch establishment that has made a customer for life.
