Owasso Vision Source

I have used Vision Source for three years now and have had nothing but exceptional experiences there. I see Dr. Caitlin Chevalier and she takes the time needed for a thorough exam and answers all of my questions. I previously tried progressives at my eye doctor in another state and had a terrible experience. I thought I would never be able to wear them and I would need to remove my glasses for anything close up for the rest of my life. Dr. Chevalier took the time to explain what the issues may have been and gave me tips on getting used to them. She told me before I give up, come back and let her work with me. I hesitantly ordered them and they are actually perfect. I think the last prescription may have been off or ill-fitting, because I like these even so much more than my single lenses. Also, they work to get you set up with something within your budget. I have been to many other places where their main focus is to upsell you, but Vision Source just focuses on the health of your eyes. The staff are all incredibly friendly, too. I have recommended many family, friends, and coworkers there and everyone has been extremely happy with them.

Great experience from start to finish. Receptionists were super nice and welcoming. Hannah was great and walked me through all the testing with ease. She was wonderful. Dr. Caitlin is so sweet and reassuring. Highly recommend this office.

I took my daughter into see Dr. Chevalier. I was blown away with how kind he was to her. He answered my questions and was easy to talk to about the next steps in her treatment. I will recommend others. I had my appointment Thursday and I was comfortable asking the right questions about my vision. I felt like I was given the time and attention during my appointment.

We took our 3 year old here and had the best experience! Our little girl was definitely nervous, but they accommodated her and made the experience fun for her! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Chevalier is so gracious and spent a lot of time during my appointment. I was treated for by dry eyes and it's been the best treatment. I also got my glasses there and although there was a bit of a wait for them (I've waited longer elsewhere), the quality of the glasses were great.the staff is pleasant as well.

Owasso vision source was on the list my insurance company emailed me ....I called the place 3 times and spoke to 3 different employees, first one couldnt find me ,second call I was on hold and she hang up, 3 call she never finish what I wanna say and keep intrupped me ,on the email doc judson C chevalier,michael w gaydos and Caitlin B chevalier listed... Jan 7th 3.30 to 3.45 pm .I dont recommend this place

Dr. Caitlin Chevalier was fantastic! Best eye doctor appointment I've had with an optometrist in a long time. She listened and heard my wants and concerns. She was very knowledgeable. And the icing on the cake was her positive and upbeat personality. Highly recommend! A++ I am definitely willing to make the hour drive to her office as a regular patient.

One of my main concerns was not address and was blown off like it was not a problem after many many years and other clinics bringing the problem up to me over the years. Was trying to find a place to go closer to closer to home and heard good things. Gotta wait another year for insurance to pay for me to find a provider to acknowledge the issue. Edited to respond: In response to you checking out my previous reviews on Google, Often times we don't think to review our positive experiences, but the negative ones we do to prevent others from the same experience. When I took a look, I have equal maybe even more positive reviews. I actually only have 18 reviews after owning this account for many many many years. I was not upset at all that I could not buy the glasses I told the girl I was sorry it was a waste of her time because we were not told that any pair of glasses would be $60 or more on top of insurance, glasses were simply placed in front of me and I was told these are what they would cover. I gladly took the prescription because I can go online and buy a pair of pretty cheap. I had no co pays. I had a friendly experience. When the doctor called at 8 AM I explained that as a single mother, I was getting my two children off to school and had to quickly get them out the door and I would call back if I could at my earliest convenience. After some thought and this response, I don't need to call back if I don't plan on coming back. On that note, please do not call or text me any further.
