Dr. Katey Riggins

Been seeing Dr. Riggins pretty much since she started-not only me but my entire family. I've recommended her to a lot of folks, and all were impressed. My only complaint is she is so good it take a minute to get an appointment now days. The best, I'll just get in line and go see my amazing eye doc (and great human btw).

The best! I have been seeing Dr. Riggins for several years, always a nice experience. Personable & thorough. Newest eye technology to help with my aging eyes. I have purchased maybe 10 sets of glasses over the years & their service is very fast, plus if ever a problem, they resolve issues immediately. I wont use anybody else!

Dr. Riggins does not rush through the exam or vision test, and that results in the best vision restoration experience I've ever had! Everyone at her office is friendly and professional. There is a good selection of frames. Patience is a virtue. She's so popular it takes about a month to get an appointment, but it's well worth the wait! I've been seeing her for years now, and I never want to see anyone else.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Miss riggins is as an optometrist. She genuinely cared and made suggestions and recommendations which improved my eyesight to a point that I can actually drive again at night and I no longer need eyeglasses. I never thought this type of vision would ever be possible to get in my life but Miss Riggins made it happen.

Dr. Riggins is so nice! The staff are all so helpful and friendly, they actually take the time to talk to you, and make you feel comfortable. I called every place in town (being new to town) and they also offered the best prices! Very very happy with my experience here!

Dr. Riggins and Fran are the best! I've been going to the office for the past 16 years, my first eye doctor. Dr. Riggins will always be where I go! You guys are the best!

Dr. Riggins is awesome! I've been here once, she got me in a pair of glasses that were basically perfect for me and was very polite and professional. However, after my son was born (which did affect my vision), and my glasses were lost at the hospital, I called to make an appointment for a new pair. I can't see at night and I have to drive every morning at 5 am to take my husband to work. I was told I would have to wait almost 2 months for an appointment. I couldn't just get replacement glasses or anything. Fine. I was told the appointment would be 10/4 at 3pm which was perfect. I get to the appointment 30 minutes early, the door is locked and I see a lady sitting inside. I go back to my car and sit in the parking lot with my son until 20 minutes later, she comes out and tells me the doctor isn't even there on fridays and my appointment is actually on Monday. I can't make appointments on mondays due to previous engagements. I tell her that, she laughs and goes back inside. So I called not even 5 minutes later to reschedule and the answering machine picks up and says they close at 2 on fridays. I would also like to mention, there are 2 signs on the door that say they're open until 4 on Fridays. I don't think I'll be back.

Great people. Quick friendly service. I've never had to wait long for an appointment, or sit in the waiting room very long. Dr Riggins has been diligent to find the right prescription for my eyes and the right fit for my contacts.
