I got the 2 pair of eyeglasses special. It was affordable. I like my new glasses. Zoe, the eyemart associate went above and beyond. She was outstandingly friendly and helpful to me. She even put a screw in broken glasses I brought in and cleaned the lenses for me. She was a best of the best employee. I told her your sand springs store is always top notch and better than the other eyemarts as well as tribal optometries I go to. I love eyemart express sand springs. Service with a smile.

From the second i walked in, to the second I walked out, I was taken care of and treated respectfully. Everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, but without taking a long time. I did the eye exam next door and WILL be back!! Not only do my glasses fit well, I've NEVER been able to see this well!! I also love my new glasses because they're pink and match my hair. LOL When I picked out the frames I wanted, the lady helping me made sure I got everything I wanted and needed, but made sure my insurance covered it. And insurance covered all but $4.90. LOL The last place told me my insurance ONLY covered about $150, then proceeded to "fix" it so I had to pay almost $300 cash!! Even paying all that out of pocket, I didn't get any extras! No transition lenses or scratch resistant stuff. Just basic glasses. I'm so glad I decided to try this place!!

I had very little waiting time in getting my glasses picked out and fitted. I received a text in about 7 days that my glasses were in the store. I walked in and immediately a young lady took my name and produced my new glasses. She made sure that I had a comfortable fit. Then she checked my vision with them on by having me read various sizes of print. Everything was perfect! I was back in my car and on my way home within 10 minutes! So, so thankful I have Eyemart Express within 3 miles of my home!

Upon entering the receptionist greeted us and was very friendly. Dr Swiff was very nice and explained things to us to where we can understand them. He was very patient with us and friendly. Rebbeca was friendly, very patient and knowledgeable. She explained what insurance would cover and what the out of pocket cost was going to be. She also explained our glass to us and the difference in the lenses. Our glasses were made a little under an hour. Everyone on the store was very friendly and personal.

I had an eye doctor appointment scheduled and they confirmed my appointment and then told me the doctor wasn't going to be available until later that day. They had me on hold for 13 minutes just to tell me that they couldn't take me on the day they had scheduled for me to come see them. I have a very busy schedule as I am about to have a baby and I don't need to be taking off of work for a place that can't keep track of their scheduling.
